@StunterKuhi You have to be randomly selected, or have you guild win a competition, but there are no competitions at the moment. Check battle.net then go to account to see if you got into beta, it's under list of games. Still waiting for my invite...
Guild competitions he was talking about aren't in game things really. Usually a screenshot competition or something like that that's held out of game (although usually involves in game stuff). Or if you're a very high tier guild they invite you to test out the raids since they know you'll give good feedback.

almost everyone has over 100k in opening raids. Tanks are rocking anywhere from 150k-180k

Playing at a high level of PvP or PvE are generally better ways to get an invite. That or having good connections with Blizzard employees.
