Actually, what not many know is that Laserdance was mostly just Michiel van der Kuy, Erik paid Michiel to have his name also included on the albums. When Michiel stopped producing under the laserdance name Erik continued and made those crappy albums that nobody liked anymore..

When Michiel stopped, he also made a CRAPPY remake of Koto (Masterpieces), not to mention the song James Brown is dead(L.A Style).Erik Van Vliet is however, still the owner of Hotsound Records.
