the reason they closed it is cos us 80s people live for these movies...when we watch them u still remeber when u say BTTF for the 1st time, and if u were a kid of the 80s like me...i saw it on my 7th bday in 1987

anyways went on the simpsons back in january love the ride its has better technology but i do miss the BBTF ride but while waiting in line it has a video of how it became the simpsons ride its the same shit just with the simpsons and not doc and biff im 20 now

is this the one in cali or florida? i remember going there when i was a lil kid i was about 7 or 8 and BTTF had a long ass lign i endend up riding it b4 the park closed it was really fun then the last time i went on it i beleave was in 06 or 07 when i was about 16 or 17 it seemed differnt and a lil slow meaning shit not working right anyways the simpsons came like a few months or a year after the last time i went on it how long did it take them to build the simpsons?

The best of Universal Studios was the BACK TO THE FUTURE RIDE AND BACK TO THE FUTURE STORE, they even had original and official things in that store like the hoover boards,the flux capacitor, the almanac book and much more, THEY COULD ALT LEAST LEAVE THE STORE,BUT THEY DIDN'T, FUCK!!!!!!

Why do you guys in USH got a better BTTF closure and the USF version gets a crappy closure. You guys get a well planned closure while USF gets a 2"x 1" sign that says "BTTF is closing today" Why do you announce the closure a month in advance while USF announces the closure three days before closing. Without USF's BTTF, yours wouldn't exsit.

my guess as to why they shut it dows is that its a ride that will soon be outdated(the ride is only to 2015 - 6 years in the future) and they cant update it....the characters are all 23 years older than what they were when they shot the rides intros, its not like they can refilm them with other actors...no one would accept it and it wouldnt be beieveable. I Absolutely loved the back to the future trilogy and its sooo sad that they shut the ride down...

I highly doubt the simpsons will even come close to capturing the imagination, creativity and memories that bttf the ride had given the people who rode and supported it through the years and besides, the simpsons are past their prime, they just suck ass now.
