i gave this a chance... but the riffs are weak. It's mostly just picking the shit out of the 6th string and double kick pedal the shit out of the drums. There's not enough variation in this type of metal. Need some old school metallica, iron maiden, black sabbath, etc. Or BMTH, SS, august burns red, which harmonize the guitars and dont pick the fuck out of the 6th string so much. Just my honest opinion, but can someone honestly tell me what's so great about this metal? (not a sarcastic question)

Because most of the fans are 14 year olds who really havent heard any of the better music out there, and they like it because they think its "Brutal"(Oh that was once a word with meaning but now it has been reduced to a scene kid cliche). I listen to Metalcore/Deathcore occasionaly(like right now) but its by far not my favorite genre. Also most of the guitarist of theese various "core" bands have fallen into the palm muted drop tuning trap, reducing variey of sound.
