  • Sweet-feckin'-jesus,lol.This is the FUNNIEST thing on telly right now.Brendan is the epitome of hilarity.Yes,it's crude, blasphemous and downright dirty.BUT so bloody what.People can switch channels.I don't believe we've yet reached the stage where we are forced to watch something we disagree with. The whole cast are an absolute joy to watch. My jaw aches for ages after watching any episode and my ribs, well, same as,lol. The BBC has picked a real winner.

  • It cracks me up when the other are genually laughing and not acting. He changes things all the time. Great show

Can't believe that we have so many people with such a terrible sense of humour, THAT's more of an embarrassment.

  • OMG!!!! i love, love, love this show, I wish it was here in the states, I gotta find a way to get the dvd!!!! lmfao!!!!!

  • First seen Mra Brown in 2011 so glad it bit a second series in the UK

  • 5 people have no sense of humour

  • @lauramc51225 6 now. This isn't comedy. It's pish.

  • @fasteddyuk Your obviously not irish.

  • @lauramc51225 Irish people wrote Black Books, The IT Crowd and Father Ted. Hilarious Irish people include Dylan Moran, Ardal O'Hanlon & Dara O'Briain. I love these people. My surname is O'Meara! This is about funny and not funny. O'Carroll isn't funny. He's a peddler of crap old jokes that people who have a passion for comedy car-sick!

  • @fasteddyuk Its funny so go dry your bags. Maybe you dont find it funny but theres a lot more people you think its funny ...... go watch more episodes and then you will no what funny is ...

  • @lauramc51225 Actually there are a lot more people who'd rather not watch this than do. That's why viewing figures are a relatively small amount of the populace. I know what funny is. The Simpsons at its peak was very funny. This isn't. Fair enough, I'm not a fan of a lot of shows (My Family, 2 Pints of Lager etc) but I respect other people's right to like. But not this. It's just appalling in every way, and I have tried to tolerate it.

  • @fasteddyuk well don't tolerate it, watch something else, let us enjoy it

  • @ebbwvalleys Go ahead. I only came to make my protest and leave, but people keep drawing me into pointless debate :)

  • @fasteddyuk Actually not only are you wrong but you are so wrong that you should hang yourself, you have no sence of humor firstly, second youre a hypocrite you can't say you tolerate peoples sense of hum and then tellthem they are wrong thirdly do your research this is one of the most watched shows comissioned on the bbc and the fastest to grow in viewers

  • @GezzaOhagan I should hang myself over Mrs Brown's Boys? Ok. Now I see why you love this show. Not...all...there. I'm not a hypocrite. I said I could tolerate pretty much anything except this. I know why this is one of the most watched shows. It's attracting people who don't like comedy. There's loads of 'em.

  • @fasteddyuk please shut up! please dont let this turn into some shit argument about comedy which we all have different tastes in soem like this some dont end of fucking conversation

  • @bookl0ver I have shut up. Enjoy the vid! :)

  • @fasteddyuk will do adious amigo

  • @fasteddyuk Wrong again i love comedy! "it's not myfault that your always wrong" is a pretty fitting quote right now, the fact is you have no sense of humor or happyness just admit your disabity.

  • @GezzaOhagan Very well. I admit my "disabity."

  • @fasteddyuk its piss, not pish ya clown

  • @EIRE3061 I agree. It's terrible. :D

  • first name virgin!!! where would saturday nite be without mrs brown !! :D

  • Their stage shows were based in Glasgow because they wouldn't get long enough runs in theatres until they moved it over. Now they're based in Glasgow for BBC filming, so it's working out well for me either way, lol! I do love my job, get to see them for weeks while I get paid for it. :p

  • can't believe most of the cast are all related in real life, can ya...

  • "but i am exausted,i have come across the dessert on my ass" "and a lovely ass it is too" thumbs up if you love this&the amazing, hilarious irish comedy:D

  • Yeah it started in Ireland and is now airing in Britain :D I would strongly reccommend though, that we do NOT give it the the States to watch, they wouldn't fucking get any of it otherwise XD

  • @FreyjasFighter Feeble American here watching and 'getting it'.

  • @YogZab Alright mate, no need to be so offended XD xxx

  • @FreyjasFighter no offense - just a gentle nudge not to generalize! Happy New Year

  • @YogZab oh okies dude, soz :) Happy New Year to you too :) xxx

  • @FreyjasFighter unfortunately all we get in the States on BBCAmerica is freaking Gordon Ramsey. Doesn't BBC have anything better to offer?

  • @Len2108 They have a lot of good shit on BBC rather than crappy Gordon Ramsey lol xxx

  • @FreyjasFighter I'm from the States and I get all of it.

  • @FreyjasFighter Can we have it in Canada, because this is fucking hilarious.

  • @o0Inochi0o You know I've only said it as a joke right? As I'm saying this to everyone who replies to it, and it should be bloody aired everywhere dude! lol :D

  • @o0Inochi0o I was watching an ad for mrs brown live show and at the end it said showing in canada

  • @FreyjasFighter

The Americans would not but the Irish/Americans would pretend to, but not get it either.

I have my tickets for June to watch the show live, its so, so funny.

  • @stiglaa Im british and my boyfriend is American, he doesnt understand some of it but most of it he finds fucking brilliant xD

  • funny

  • @FreyjasFighter aye thats so true :D

  • @FreyjasFighter I'm in the states, I find it funny.

  • @FreyjasFighter Says who? let us watch it over here...otherwise, we send over Jersey Shore, Real Houswives...and if that ain't enough, I'll hit ya with the fuckin' Kardashians(and believe me, NO ONE wants that kinda misery)....trust me when I say we NEED something like Mrs. Brown's Boys...aside from NCIS and Burn Notice, TV SUCKS anymore.

  • @FreyjasFighter Its recorded in Scotland, i went ;)

  • @normal01guy sooo and the cast and screenwriter are irish. its recorded there but technically its irish because brendan o carrol is irish and the cast is irish

  • @FreyjasFighter You have just deeply offended me, but true MOST americans wont get it. Irish Americans will.

  • I'd have 2 agree mrs browns boys did start in ireland 100%Irish

    Video woz really funny:) :)

  • @punksexpistol

  • Hey Mrs brown boys fellow fans!!!

  • @code0Star yes im am talking bout that prick and i also happen to be irish and im proud !

  • @massey565man He is such an asshole he says that Ireland is britains!!! But the hell it not!!!!

  • @code0Star i ano tell him go on you tube n c what ireland thinks of britian lol

  • @code0Star But the Rte version just.. it wasn't very good. :(

  • @Aphrodite2009 your a retart if you think ieland is british...we gained our independance in 1916

  • @EIRE3061 you're a "retart" if you think that's how RETARD is spelt.

  • @Aphrodite2009 no mate, your just retarded. Ireland got their independance in 1916. go back to school ya sheep shagger

  • @sunvoice use foxyproxy and you can watch the bbc iplayer anywhere in the world :)

  • You make one small observation about mediocrity... I think it's time to stop this little sulk now, okay children.... Merry Christmas.

  • @punksexpistol its a show... stop taking it so seriously... 99.9% of the uk/ireland think its funny... you don't... leave it at that... these shows aren't made to be analysed so much... if you like, you like, if you don't, you don't... simples... and in my personal opinion its just as good as Father Ted, MUCH funnier than Black Adder, and don't get me started on the rest of the shows you named.. (**my opinion**)

  • @seeley97 i totally agree with you on this

  • @seeley97 Hear hear. And with the country gloomy enough as it is, it's great that we have something to cheer ourselves up with

  • Can't wait!

  • This show is purely just a 'Farther Ted' rip-off and it's dreadful, the jokes are aimed at pre-school children, the plots could be worked out by an embryo and the writing is that bad it makes Katie Price look like Shakespeare

  • @punksexpistol ohhhlala mr.snooty, hyperbolic much? i should hope pre-school children and embryos aren't bantering on about virginity (maybe you just want to announce your precociousness). not all shows need be weighty, and i don't think many people watching this do so for intellectual sustenance. it's a shallow feel-gooder, and certainly not the worst of the bunch. beats any katie price 'reality' show for television value at any rate.

  • @unhingedmind Weighty, I meant such things as Bottom/Black Adder/Monty Python It's not being snooty to want talent on my screen is it? For instance "When the whistle blows" the mock sitcom within "Extras" I find this show in the same field as that. Dad's Army is a wistful comedy, but that's cleaver and silly at the same time, you can have a balance... Unfortunately this programme is lacking in my view... If you want weighty comedy watch QI/Black Adder/A bit of Fry and Laurie/Black Books etc....

  • @punksexpistol I've got an idea. rather than moaning and complaining about this, why don't you watch your CLEVER comedies and leave things like this who actually have a sense of humour? Those who LIKE to be cheered up with things like this?

  • @ThomasPercyandToby2

    here here old boy

  • @punksexpistol exactly. watch those then, for what you want. not everything on screen is going to be made for your tastes or needs. i enjoy all the shows you listed, but don't think it's contradictory to enjoy (or at the very least not feel the need to denounce) this show in its entirety to validate my other tastes or contextualize them.

  • @punksexpistol

go away you annoying little person

  • Comment removed

  • @punksexpistol its irish comedy and its funny, i dont like blackadder but i dont bitch about the reasons i dont like it, its not my taste so i dont insult others for watching it. if u dont like it here's a thought don't bleedding watch it then, now isn't that a good idea

  • @punksexpistol Are you for real???? Nothing like Father Ted. I would hate to see what you let your children watch if you think this humour is aimed at children!!!!!. I shudder to think. As for comparing the writer/s to Katie Price that just shows the level of intellect you have. Imbecillic remarks aimed just to get a response. Well now you have had one

  • @punksexpistol ok so its not 'clever' humour in the cleese style, but its still funny

  • @punksexpistol

You're right it is aimed at pre-schoolers, and I am a 38 year old one.

As for your so called *weighty comedies*, a lot of them are overblown twaddle.

From Monty Python which only ever produced one [yes ONE] funny sketch, to BlackAdder, pretentious wordplay.

Whatever happened to Ben Elton, I notice he doesn't write *comedies* anymore.

And as for that inane arsehole in Extras, in teenager speak, OMFG!.

As Mrs Brown would say Fuck Off David Brent.

  • @donnyab "From Monty Python which only ever produced one [yes ONE] funny sketch, to BlackAdder, pretentious wordplay"

Now I find out who the Mrs Brown demographic are! This has won 'worst comedy' at recent comedy awards. Rightfully.

  • @donnyab No she wouldn't, she'd say "That's nice David Brent" as she replaced Fuck off with That's nice XD

  • Nothing better than Mrs browns boys! roll on next year so i can see them live <3

  • I just looooovvveeee this show!
