How do you know it is a dual tone?

@TheUban123 You can tell by the way it sounds. When it finally activates [after the others] you can hear it sounding two different notes. One high, and one very high.

Woo hoo, dual-tone Modulators rule! That would actually be a Modualtor 2008, because it has 3 modules, and the bottom one isn't active.
