i think the problem is is that gta sa is so diffrent,i havent played much of 4 but unlike vice city/liberty/and any other it had stats like fat/muscel/and skill and if your not used to those type of things i can see how you would have a problem and though it doesnt have the best graphics and it's a bit glitchy...FACTOR IN it was made in 2005! so 2005ps2 vs 2009-2010 ps3 (i've only played the playstation ones) it's not the farest fight but just keep in mind the time diffrences

GTA SA is legendary... GTA IV has better physics and graphics, but thats all... SA has a bigger land... it has aeroplanes, it has crazier police, which i think, is the best thing on SA... you can jump off a cliff, jumping out of the car and the cops just fall in the water, and them from nowhere, another cop car arrive crash into you and you fall with him into the water too... (it happened to me... :D) not vice city, not IV, but San Andreas rules! :)
