As a committee member of Save our baths action group everyone has their views and i for one know that there is great support for the baths and we will all be working hard to make this happen.
This vid is support for the baths, shoulnt matter what oppinions are printed under it, could be worse I really could take it down but its part a history vid and still will help your campaign.
So, let me understand this. You posted this video to SAVE the baths, and yet here you are saying its a waste of money doing it up? I came in here as a supporter of the baths as I too once used it as a child before it was ruined in the 1980's and it was nothing like the way you describe it. If you don't support the baths, kindly remove this video.
Money could be better spent on an indoor modern facility with our currant climate. doing them up into that would have been a good idea only some think its a good idea to have it as an outdoor pool still. I do not have to remove the vid it was made to suuport it and dosnt matter if I support it or not. At the end of the day the vid is still support is it not! your entitled to your opinion and so is everyone else that comments here and everyones views are left here unless they are abusive.
I agree knock the bloody thing down it's an eyesore and falling to bits. Just exactly how many of the people who want the baths saved will actually go and use them if something is done to them?

Thats exactly what I think! But wasnt appreciated when said to the campaign. I was in it once to and it was stinking dirty and wouldnt let my kid go into it, plus it rains here to much. total waste of money doing it up. i want a proper pool in warrenpoint. Least i aint alone in my thoughts anyway.

I see exactly what you are saying and it takes a special person to have the broad sight to be able to see all sides of a subject.
