Haha hey man thanks for putting this up. Nice to see where I stuffed up (rushed and didn't change levels enough for takedown, didn't push his hips away enough on the ground) and am surprised I actually put up some good defense in there (escaping from his mounted triangle to try to take the back). Good experience though - wayne rooney was a tough mother!

There's another comp coming up on May 22 so hopefully the next bunch of bjj videos you post up are more in my favour haha. Cheers dude
