  • When the.Sargent picks it up he still looks sharp.

  • Oh know.

  • respect from a portuguese soldier. shit happens

  • that was still amazing lol

  • ROBOTIC MUCH?

  • i would be proud of them. simper fi.

  • @gearsofmuffin you spelled that wrong

  • @TheSapper226 i didn't spell it wrong, mac book pro auto correct did... *semper fi.

  • Did the rifle broke at the end by itself or did the officer broke it on purpose?

  • @outspolsis It wasn't an officer, it was an 0-4. The rifle must have broken when he missed the catch and just popped off when he spun it. Unintentional. What I don't get is how they didnt laugh. I'd have at least cracked a smile.

  • @gRaver771ps3 0-4 is a corparal

  • @zombiecalledblackops Yes...? I was saying the Corporal in front was not an officer...

  • @gRaver771ps3 E-4****

  • @outspolsis It probably cracked and when he spun it it broke from there. The Rifles for ceromonies are not made to withstand abuse, they are for show and entertainment only so it is no surprise that it broke. It was funny though lol.

  • I blame the front guys awful throw.

  • I say he still is better than all of us at doing it

  • That rifle is comin out of your paycheck!

  • 2:26....save yourself some time

  • He should've used a german gun. They don't break apart just by falling on the ground.

  • What happened to "Never look down the barrel of a gun"?

  • @iamanairman

Only an airman would call a rifle a gun

  • @iamanairman the marines changed the rules to a gun should never look down the eyes of a marine...this gun didn't listen so they broke it.

  • Poor guy, I don't want to think what may have happened to him after. Chewing + Copious amounts of practice and Coffee for ensurance.

  • Lol this has happened quite a few times at armed ex practice in ROTC. Lol Our ordinace team sucks at doing their jobs so my rifle and everybody else's keeps breaking when we drill. :/

  • @MeghanStrickland69 surely the rifle's should be more durable?

  • are they robots?

  • The words"Ass chewing." comes to mind when I watch this video... good thing they kept their cool or they would be FUCKED! never the less, they're fucking awsome!

  • 184 people have broken thier rifles in the national air guard.

  • Why did he brake rank spouse to go around not through

  • wow he messed up but can you blame him If you had to do the things they do and the had a 1 pound rifle thrown at you you would probably mess up every now and again to especially doing it as of ten as they do

  • @Assassinxstudios i just want to let u know wen i joined the marines tht was a very common thing tht happend to new recruits.and just for the hell of it......those guns way 12 pounds.its not easy.

  • @zombiecalledblackops oh sorry im in civil air patrol and the color/ honor guard rifles we use weigh 10 pounds but you are right it is scary as crap when someone throws one at you it is human instinct to move out of the way

  • @Assassinxstudios yea definently with a bayonet at the end.wen i did tht n my boot camp my company got dismissed from our formation and i got beat up with a black bat (a frozen bar of soap in a sock) tht shit hurt like hell

  • @Assassinxstudios let me try this again if you had a 10 pound rifle thrown at you you would mess up too

  • I thought the guy was gonna go there and bitchslap him in tha face

  • well, im not american. but you all insult these people when they screwed up, imagine it was you? they were able to control and stay cool in front of people. as a cadet i respect them. they're humans too, made mistakes. ;)

  • @reiryuusei092 Just like anything errors occur. I admire and respect these Marines for their cool, calm, and collectedness.

  • Both of those Marines spent the rest of their careers (until their contracts ran out about 2 years later, and they couldn't retire from the USMC) in Siberia or somewhere. The plastic toy rifles are really insulting as well. And I'm a former Marine myself.

  • he bent down like a girl to pick it up.

  • hahah! No im on a drill team in jrotc the rifles are 8.7 pounds and are not.

  • Omg! Are those rifles LOADED??? Holy crap! O O

  • 2 mistakes there... One he let him walk through the element. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO TWALK THROUGH THE ELEMENT and 2. he didnt ctach the gun...

  • what dose us marines do, clown training to juggle

  • they look like war machines.... this is sad.

  • "Lance Corporal Smith wasn't to be heard from again after the accident" damnnnn /:

  • Fuck marines ARMY WTF!

  • @TheSchool45 i believe you mean FTW

  • @TheSchool45 the few, the proud, the brave

  • AMERICA...FUCK YEAH!!

  • shit cheap gun, shouldn't break like this EVEN after it hits asphalt....

  • cheap ass gun. so we're getting those from china now also?

  • Poor guy, that's gotta be the worst moment ever

  • Shit happens,I suppose,no matter how well trained you are.

  • "ops, i've broke it... well, not my problem, is yours" "i would kill you... but it still broken"

  • no kidding its broken.

  • LOL when the rifle fell apart in his hands...didn't see that coming.

  • At 2:29 he thought FUUUUUCKING SHIIIIT GAWD XD

  • How did he break the gun? LOL!

  • semper fi

  • This is my rifle, there are many others like it but this one is mine.

  • Unlucky, it got to him at a really bad part of the spin.

  • No matter what, those boys are bad ass.

  • Should've spent more time practising and less time giving each other blow jobs

  • @MultiRoydon Wazzup troll? Enjoying life under the bridge?

  • I can't watch. ehhhhhhhhhhhhwhwhwhwhwhwhwwh

That's one billion push ups, until you dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • 2 fails in one wow

  • its so funny how the one who threw it starts to walk and then when the other guy fumbles it he slowly stops and gets it

  • @JakeWelshRoberts Give the guy a break. He was performing a complex close-order drill maneuver that only a handful of people in the world could do. It's not as though he's writing a short sentence with proper syntax and grammar.

  • That poor bastard. I dunno what the current protocol for dealing with a Marine who pulls a "spazz" (I think that's what they call it) but I reckon it'll be a cold day in Hell before he hears the end of it from his teammates.

  • @brandon31840 because it's an M1 Garand, an old-school military rifle made of forged steel amd wood (instead of stamped, lightweight alloys and man-made polymer materials).

  • dont throw guns kids

  • This vid went viral on Sanaa

  • there like robots

  • @JakeWelshRoberts fuck you bitch you dnt deserve to live

  • Lance Corporal Paul of the USMC Silent Drill Platoon!Your the Shit!Thumbs Up so he may see this!

  • The Throw was to high...the other had not a Chance to catch it...

See I right Left Corporal right PFC ?.

  • WHY DO THE GUNS MAKE SO MUCH DAMN NOISE

  • @brandon31840 probably built to make that snapping noise. Probably just for show. If it were a real rifle, I doubt it would have broken.

  • @brandon31840 because that snap and pop sounds fuckin amazing. one thing we learn in close order drill, if you hear multiple weapons when you slap them it's wrong. it is a thing of beauty when everyone slaps the weapon in unison.

  • Lol I tough he was going to shoot the guy in the leg when he was picking up the rifle xD

  • "WHY DID YOU DROP THAT RIFLE SOLDIER!?!"

"Because you suck at throwing sir!"

    "..."

  • good but this shows that there not the best

  • @JakeWelshRoberts well who is

  • @JakeWelshRoberts haha just searched to see your comment from the replies and laughed so hard!! The responses you got are so unnecessarily stupid and sound like they come from a butt hurt child lol

  • @JakeWelshRoberts wtf! ur an asshole for sayin tht shit, it was a simple mistake, let me see your ass get out there and do it bitch

  • i bet the guy who missed the rifle got a bashing afterwards

  • l'erreur est humaine!

  • Semper Fi Buddy... You are still part of the few the proud! :)

  • yay now watching guys throw a rifle is fun

  • ABURRIDO

  • Военный, мало того остался без оружия, так в итоге ему его разъебали, ну вы импортные черти

  • useless

  • they just turnd a littel red lol

  • damn whether in combat or a drill, Marines ALWAYS keep their cool

  • stupid shit

  • much respect but whats the point of all this shit

  • When he dropped the gun i said to myself, thats not that bad, but when he twirled it again and it broke i started laughing so hard

  • To save time, skip to 2:26

  • That was partly the D.S.'s fault because the rotations weren't correct so the other man couldn't catch it when he was supposed to.

  • I want to learn how to do that.. looks really fun. D:

  • That's the oh fuck moment of an entire military career.

  • That's the moment when you want to break down and start crying or just run away to avoid anyone seeing your face

  • Some people take too much pride in this and if this is your version of badass it only says more

  • country boys don't back down.. :D oorah!!!! awesome!!!!!!!!

  • damn, still was pretty marvelous show

  • Damn, even though they messed up, they still kept thier cool and looked professional. Now thats BAD ASS.

  • @decon117 not bad ass, it's what you're taught to do, any one with even an inkling of an idea of military drill knows that if you fuck up there are protocols to get back in the right.

  • @decon117 Because they are the proud, the few, the marines...

  • Actually, its not so bad because at least it entertained people with humor :D almost like a comedy show lol

  • j`ai envie de pleurer pour lui o_O

  • i would shit myself so hard

  • I like how when the rifle falls, he goes like "YOU WHAT AHVE YOU DONE", then he breaks the rifle and goes like "Oh shit ):"

  • Almost precise but....

  • P.P a perfectly good rifle

  • the camera flash clearly blinded him stop it at 2:30 thats not his fault

  • Oh no, he failed a useless exercise!

  • @aftereffects777 Actually it demonstrates practice, dedication, attention to detail, perfection, resilience and bearing. Now go smoke a bowl and carry on with your underachieving less than mediocre amounting to nothing life you loser.

  • So this is where my tax dollars go, so men can swing guns around :)

  • @aftereffects777 ur stupid

  • ouch. O_O . I wonder what they talked about after this...

  • THIS IS MY RIFLE THIS IS MY GUN!

THIS IS MY RIFLE THIS IS MY GUN!

THIS IS MY RIFLE, NOW IT'S BrOKEN

THIS IS MY RIFLE NOW IT'S BROKEN

  • Marine Corps Disaplen at it's best

  • haha he's probably thinking "oh shit Im fucked"

  • @gunvor69 i so agree hes all like :O oops im f********

  • 2:31

NOW GET ON YOUR FACE AND DO 25

  • Fired? Nah that's a bit to easy of a way out. More training and extra duty is more like it. No liberty for you in your civies Lance Corporal.

  • he will drill for it later,

  • fng

  • they handled this very well

  • There's a vid of a British Royal Guardsmen falling off his horse during a parade, floating around on the net somewhere. Must have hurt like hell but he gets up in like a second flat, rapidly takes his place next to a Navy lad at the side of the road, and bows his head as the parade goes by without him.

The skill of the Marines in these displays is epic. I love watching them. Discipline is only really tested when a fuck-up occurs, and they occur everywhere from the drills to the battlefield. =)

  • Don't take fuckin flash pictures when they're doing this. jesus fuckin christ

  • the flash madethe case that he lost weapond 2:28

  • Robot Man

    :D

  • You don't get fired from silent drill, idiots.

  • @jellybob9 It's called sarcasm, idiots.

  • FUCKING BOOT!!! GET ON YOUR FACE!

  • "oh he's gonna get fired..."

  • Man the reason why he dropped it was cause of the fucking flash

  • more clowns then soldiers...

  • i like how he plays it off, does a trick and it snaps in half and he just gives it back to the guy.

  • 2:31 .... BIIITTTCCHHHHH, did you just drop my rifle?

  • in soviet russia, the rifle throws you..

  • Is THIS the kind of training our taxes go to? I think next time I wont pay taxes and buy them a replacement gun instead.

  • @Tux1able Oh dear god we all make mistakes EVEN MARINES! If we trained our soldeirs bad do you think we would be the biggest superpower in the world? I highly doubt it..

  • i like the fact that after he drops it they freeze and hes just like .......shit

  • Besides the two little mistakes, it was nice to see

  • Im fine with them doing all the things that show the gun works and what not but do they really need to toss them in the air and spin them around like a baton?

  • @TheStormOfStorms

Drill builds a sense of teamwork in the group, how would you like to go to war with someone you didnt know?

  • @TheStormofStorms Agreed on that! I see guys do this with signs on the friggin' street corner every damn day.

  • American military leaders: "Should we teatch ours soldiers foreign languages so that they can comunicate with the people of the countries we invade?"

"Nope, lets teach them circus tricks."

  • @joaonor American schools: Should we *teach* our children proper grammar and basic English?

Nope, let's teach them be disrespectful to the men and women who literally give up years of their lives so that pukes like you can have the right to be snide and disrespectful to said service men and women.

  • @pepsidrylok I´m not American and considering English is not my native language I forgive myselve a litle gramatical error here and there...

My right to be disrespectful to whomever I like was achieved by my country's military who were tired of bein sent to kill people overseas by their political leaders and decided to overtrhow them and implemented a democracy...and they achieved that without fliping their weapons in the air... they stuck carnations on their barrels thow...

  • @joaono The US military has a reputation of rebuilding and reforming nations they enter, and for showing restraint in their dealing with natives, and they do train their soldiers to speak other languages. I have a good friend who is a linguistics expert in the Marines. Any Nation that lays down their arms completely ultimately relies on other nations for protection. As for your right to be disrespectful, feel free to use it. But it only shows ignorance on your part.

  • lmao she said: "That guy is fired."

    lol..what?

  • I never really understood the point of why they do these. Yeah it can give pride and honor but in a long term sense why spend time learning this when you can spend time learning to shoot or doing P.T.

  • I almost felt like they were going to throw him the gun again, sorta give him another chance, but it was broken. Feelsbadman.

  • "they need to learn how to shoot it, not twirl it around their arms."

  • Ahh, at least It shows we are all humans not some robots..

  • ooooh, hes goana get it now

  • Were I one of the guys near him I would have been shitting myself with laughter. Oh well. I guess I wouldn't be a very good marine. lol

  • i would be crapping myself if i was that marine

  • wuts the point of this stunt?

  • @yousuck48212 What's the point of *any* stunt?

  • hate the robottic military attitude

  • @ChristianmedK It is necessary for a military to function properly, if you don't like it then perhaps you want untrained red necks leading the defence of your country.

fucking hippies, you think everyone wants to make friends.

  • @ref4nej2 i know that it has to function properly and stuff, and yes, making friends is better than killing people. I agree that militaty sometimes is the only way, but preventing war is the right way. Disciplin is necessary, but still those military parades are a joke. And clearly these guys does not function properly...

  • @ChristianmedK People have family members in the military, you think the audience is entirely comprised of strangers? They like to see their sons, fathers, boyfriends doing this...

It's just tradition, some people obviously enjoy it and it affects your life in no way, so what's the problem?

Anyway I sort of agree with you, It is kinda silly. But you know It's tradition and if i was American I would rest easy knowing these guys are professional

    (excluding that fail...lol)

  • I truly respect what these men do in war, but this is bullshit

  • whyd u cut duh blac man out uf duh film?

  • def a bad throw you can see its not the flash, the butt of the gun was coming down instead of the barrel coming around look closely

  • "that guys fired" rofl

  • he probrably got NJP'd :O

  • 2:32-3:19= awkward silence

  • He´s just 2:30 ... wait a second :P

  • Its not his fault. Some dumbass in the backround decided to take a picture right when he was about to catch the rifle.

  • should of shot his dumbass

  • Oh fuck.
