Some higher force did not want you making that vlog. Between the antics of Ashton and the flash-flood of texts... Anyway, that was a major teaser, I wanted to hear some of Lullaby. What I read of it was pretty good.
As far as symbolism goes, I would like to think I know what you meant, but there's a fairly good chance I was wrong. Stop and listen to people argue about the meaning of a song. It'll mean different things to different people, even if you tell them what it's supposed to mean.
You're bird's a good flyer. Mine could fly really fast and crazy but sucked at landing. Yours is graceful, which is ironic. lol
Mah-kuh-dam, yeah. It's those old roads you see that are just rocks cemented together. I like what you read of the book, sounds very southern, which is something I'm always interested in, being from the south.
Well, if you're asking if when you read that, do I, your audience, immediately get a vision, then no. But immediately I can tell by the way it's worded that...
... that it has a symbolic meaning. Afterwards, I have to think about the lines pretty thoroughly and realize what it means to me. I like doing that, it's fun.
(This took a while because I had to cut this down for YouTube) The first story of yours gives me two impressions. One, the girl is God watching man sift through the ashes of his burnt and destroyed world for the last usable resources so that he may burn that too. The smoking is symbolic of how it is killing him, yet he continues.
Two, that he is God pulling souls from the ashes and scaring away the hatred and injustice. He places them to his mouth, and to them he is speaking in ways that make them feel alive again. But to some, they see him burning and sucking the life back out of them.
The 2nd story was very clear, I got that as it went along. Probably because I've done similar things to that for real in the morning, lol.
Can't explain the 3rd here because I refuse to quad-comment. I love it, hope to hear more. Bye!
What I mean to say is, nice writing, looking forward to the next vlog. Keep it up, take care.
