  • Hello I have two questions

Do you squeeze your glutes at the end of your squats? I read somewhere that by squeezing your glutes its creating a posterior pelvic tilt.

My second question is are barbells better for increasing muscle?

  • @MzAJoy Squeezing (contracting) your muscles does help activate them. More intensity is what help increase muscle size whether it's barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight, bands, etc.

  • mmmmmmmmmm tremenda rajaa jaja

  • Does diet matter?? Or will the exercise itself be helpful

  • @RoseyNYC what you eat will always play a part in your results

  • que culo tan grande

  • her ass is everything what a male hopes, jerking job....

  • do you do cardio before you do your squats?

  • @hairdiva35...Sometimes I do sometimes don't.

  • no matter even if i do them right i ALWAYS feel squats in my legs and never my butt. i do them the exact way you do and i only feel the legs burn

  • @FedUpWFat when you come up from the squat, lift ur leg up behind you. Then do another squat and lift your leg out to the side. You should feel it in ur bum.

  • @FedUpWFat When you go up try to support yourself in your heels and not in your toes. Maybe you can even try to lift your toes a bit so the support is all in the heels.

  • damn… i love black chicks

  • i will pay you to put me accross shoulders and do squats with me big sexy strong woman

  • all your techniques are perfect tho.. Celeb trainer Buff.. u probably on that all ready tho judging from your flawless techniques nshit.. anyway, love u black woman, keep @ it!!!

  • Your butt is somethin serious!!! I wanna be like you when i grow up... lol.. Ive lost over 130 lbs Id like to lose 20-30 more... My thighs belly and arms need toning... What do you suggest is best when first starting to tone? Keep up the great work chic..

  • Im happy her videos are longer now & i even like the comments she puts gives reachable personality to this public personna that we really didnt know too much about

  • you doing good so nice body hony

  • I STARTED WORKING OUT AND WENT FROM 34-28-38.5 TO 34-24-34 MEASUREMENTS. IM HAPPY MY WAIST GOT SMALLER BUT IM SAD ABT HOW LITTLE MY BUTT GOT. DO YOU THINK I SHOULD START DRINKING PROTEIN SHAKES AND THEN WORKOUT TO BUILD BUTT BACK UP?!!

  • AtroshASS!!! VeroshASS ASS!!!

    I'm gonna work mine too!!!

  • Her butt is real! Niki in the other hand.....not so much

  • The more you women say her ass is all fake etc the more you are just holding your own selves back from achieving your own goals. And if you don't desire a better figure and just came here for the sole reason of calling her fake, you have a whole different problem altogether... Thanks Buffie for your free advice and most importantly of all, helping women be HEALTHY.

  • @MissLalaland89 That was so real. I don't think I could have said it better myself. Thank you :-)

  • You are the best, the answer ibeen searching for for about 10 months now....thank God for you

  • @MrFocus1224 define ''fake'' for me please!

  • @MrFocus1224 LOL!!

  • I had my baby back in April and got up to 215lbs and I wanted to lose all that weight and you inspired me and over the summer I worked out with your videos and got down to 186 in two months. I'm not where I want to be but I'm still working at it. But most of all you inspire me to LOVE and APPRECIATE the way that I'm built. Thank you.

  • how are u doing

  • Keep up the great training method for are women

  • for those looking for cheap dumbells. Go to T.J.Maxx. most of those stores sell work out equipment super cheap!

  • @carmenjones411 I agree!

  • Im thin like you were before and while ur current shape is wonderful on you, for myself i am looking for a little less of a extreme change. but do you think you could make a video on the stuff that you ate while you worked on your body. I want to gain and build muscle and just dont know the right combos of what I should be eating. Thanks

  • @aTsBg21 When your goal is to gain weight, it's the calories you need to increase. Calories comes from just about anything you consume. Building muscle come from exercising (resistance training).

  • @bootynomics what are buffie measurements now

  • @MyLms123 I don't know my current measurements.

  • @bootynomics

Thank you dear. We love you and think you are inspiring.

  • Great job!

  • i can tell her ass is fake look at her skinny chicken legs idk why some women admire grandma bodys

  • @onerealwoman99 in what universe does she have a grandma body? Lmao wow

  • and you're a woman. Figures :)

  • @onerealwoman99

    How can you tell that?

Body types vary so much. Okay, usually women with bigger behinds also have big thighs/legs and hips. But some women have leaner legs, hips that are not very wide naturally and more prominent bottoms. Actually, I often see this type of body build in African American women.

  • do you always do the squats all at once or do hold for 20 sec

  • @MusicIsMyWorld36 No, I don't hold for 20 secs

  • i noticed that u were standing on weights..does that kind of give you the effect as if u were wearing heels when squatting?

  • @eleisha26 Watch my previous video on "Squats" and you will understand why I do that.

  • Thanx for this video!!! :) I do my squats alot better w the dumb bells.

  • My wife wants to know, i'll ask again. Do you use supplements? Thanks for the excercise tips

  • @jhelmsuploads No I do not.

  • I love her body so much.

  • Hi i have a question i just bought a weighted vest and was wondering if most your exercises can be done with one thx in advance...Luv Ya Buffie!!!

  • @beautifullyours hmmmm...I'm not familiar with a weight vest but I don't see why not. It does add more intensity.

  • tips for sets and reps for a beginner? and how often i should change weights to see results?

  • @Pathrissia Sets and reps will vary depending on your fitness goals. If your goal is Hypertrophy (muscle growth) then in general you're staying between 6-12 reps and 3-5 sets. Usually, it takes 4-8 weeks for your body to adapt to a given stimulus.

  • @Bootynomics ah thank u So much!!

  • how many lbs on the dumb bells should a beginnier use to get maximum results?

  • @choclitsexc It all depends on your level of fitness and how conditioned your body is currently. It's like a cycle. Start off low intensity and work your way to higher intensity (slowly). I suggest have a fitness assessment done by a certified fitness trainer and then they could give you EXACTLY where you need to start and how to progress.

  • omg ur butt :o

  • @CharlottaLuv1 well let's see.....the bar at the gym is 45lbs and I sometime add weight plates of 20-25lbs. I would say no more than 75lbs.

  • @Bootynomics are you lifting from the Smith Machine with that weight Buffie?

  • @SParkApCider No.

  • @Bootynomics Go Buffie! Sheeeeeeeeeeeet! I can sumo squat that 35lb dumbell...I'll get there!

  • That ass is stupid
