  • Nice demo.

  • Very nice demo. No tutorial though, I must agree.

  • mexican stile

  • i would be nice to see this "tutorial" from the beginning, and maybe some sound ? ... is it just me ? I hear no sound. The video is messed up I guess.

This is not really a tutorial, I have to agree.

  • ive been stretching dough for a long time, and I always start with the edge.....i don't really have an "edge" step at the begining....i just kinda form it as i start to stretch....takes me about 7 seconds to do a 14" at domino's

  • GUYS LOL this is going to be very wierd i like the way dough looks so much i went to my friends house when he wasnt looking i chomped all the pancake dough and was like :Y chew chew* and his dad came like I:o wierd.. and he walked away

  • ? why

  • Ken you sound very negative

  • The dough looks great. This person is obviously a pro. But where is the 'tutor' in this "tutorial"? If you want to show someone how to throw pizza dough you need to go about 100x slower. Also, some explanations about what is happening would help. Where is the video that breaks it down for the beginner?

  • funk, this guy makes a mondo lip, I've not seen one that big before! This looks like a dough designed to carry a lot of sauce and ingredients.

He starts with a lip, most other cooks don't. (I didn't.) Search YouTube for "alton brown pizza" and start with Alton's method.

  • wow that's pretty darn good. i'm new to making pizza. do you start with a rim first when spreading the dough out
