@xiaoai91 Yes I completely agree that Robot was a super blockbuster primarily (arguably majority/entirely) due to Rajini. But, all I said was that Robot was ONE of Ash's films this year that did well.

Obviously it is mainly a Rajini blockbuster, but that doesnt mean it is not also an Aishwarya film (I mean, she stars in it).

Imtiaz is fabulous. He is not earning points on the basis of his looks; his cinema is fantastic. His cinema has a slight touch of Gulzar sahab, like Karan's movies have that of Yash Chopra. He doesn't use cheap humour like many other directors. Although 3 idiots is wonderful and the ultimate movie of the year, the toilet humour (in chatur character) really sucks. Karan is a dream seller and a good entertainer, while Farah's movies lack a good storyline despite being entertaining.

@smarty9925 You are right that Guzaarish and Action Replay didn't do that well, but Robot was a super blockbuster, the most grossing Indian film of all time or maybe the second most next to 3 Idiots. But yes you are right her other films of 2010 weren't that successful. Esp not Raavan...

@faisal1farzana Okay that makes sense, Aish is way before their time.  He should have excluded Kareena too then I think, who came only 3 years post-Ash. But all girls were from the 2000s, whereas Aish/Rani/Preity are the 90s.

Interestingly of the famous actresses of the 90s (Rani, Preity, Kajol, Aish), now a days Aish is the only one still acting in hit films and with alot of "buzz".......

Out of Karan's choices, I understand why people put Kareena & Priyanka as 1 and 2. Why doesn't he ever include Aishwarya Rai? She'd be #1 for alot of people I think!!!
