Considered in context, the phrase used in this video -- "socialism and totalitarianism" -- clearly references the Stalinist model of "socialism" (so-called). But you knew that, didn't you? Ah, I love the way the internet empowers all the world's anonymities to be pissants.

@skipperdoodification Context be damned - this is WAY off. I guess you can spin anything to make a point. Arguing that Orwell "woke us up to the need to fight totalitarianism and socialism" is questionable at best considering Orwell's political beliefs that he vehemently fought for. The fact that the word "and" is in between doesn't make the argument true. You should be able to understand that - instead you chose to be condescending. Take your revisionist history somewhere else.

People have lost touch with reality. When we are children we are bombarded with Cartoons that show a world that is all lies. We are trained to not believe anything. Santa, Animals, and Flowers with faces that talk, things that die, yet dont die. This is not reality and what does it do to a Childs mind? Then they become Parents, who insist, this is normal? As children, we are taught not to believe anything.
