Thanks for this video.. i m going to try this.. I was looking for this video for some time.. But are u not supposed to boil the cauliflower florets before marinating them?
you are soooooo good :-)) I absolutely love cookign and get bored with same kinda recipe...keep lookign for new versions and love your "dont stick to a particular masala" ...keep it coming.
Wow I areciate the recipe sharing. Between you already added chilli powder then wats the need to add white/black pepper. Wont it make it more tough for tongue
Goog job. Are you a chef or its just a hobby. You cut the veg. stuff soo well. Before you start just give us what items i need and how much quantiry so that i can get rough idea of the whole process.
Liked it. Just 2 questionss. 1st: Why is it called 65? I am not very adventurous when frying is involved. But I liked your advice to cook large quantity and freeze. The idea of freezing should encourage many single people to try it because they dont have to eat a lot of it on the day of cooking. 2nd question: What you do with oil used in frying? Do you throw away or reuse for tempering etc later? I mean is it healthwise a good thing or bad to reuse? Thanks for video and any feedback.
I tried your recipe and it came out really well. I experimented a little with one batch and substituted maida for corn flour in the step after you add the gobi - I found that this taste was much better...maybe my corn flour is not that great?!
I completely enjoyed your gobi 65, it is totally different from the way I make...now I know why I dont get my gobi 65 crispy:( my proportion of maida and corn flour is less....will try your method soon...keep up the good work...
They do go will with normal cheese dips, chutney etc., and yogurt isn't bad idea either. But it's basically an ingredient in itself for making another popular dish - Gobi Manchurian.
oh, btw....Awesome Voice!

How long can you freeze the G.65? How do you thraw it and get the florets to be separate? Can I try this with broccoli for a variation?

Those look like they would be great dipped in yogurt. Do you serve them with anything special, or just eat them out of hand?
