  • i'd say this was one of the most intense scenes in the movie

  • hiccup was so harsh to his future pet!

  • I feel bad when toothless moans like he's giving up. And the also when toothless pins hiccup against the rock you can hear the thud of his head! Ow!! But still my favorite animated movie and face soundtrack!!

  • RAAAAAAWWWWWWWRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!

  • I wish more people would do stuff like this. I love seeing how the soundtrack lines up with the visual. It's cool to watch it without dialogue or sound effects.

  • how convinet he lived... not that i didnt what him too.

  • dear aoh42,

i love love love how well you match the music from the movie to the scenes without the words... i, and probably 1million other people, would be so grateful if you woul put the full movie by parts like parts 1 and 2. I know that youtube would remove it but try mirroring some parts to avoid that. -Shello700

    ps, i subscribed!

  • you can watch this the movie in my chanel in (HD) there is 5 part 0f it no-fake

  • I like it when Hiccup faints after Toothless leaves. Cue a shaky laugh

  • The bagpipes in 2:52 to 3:03 are epic! And are so far the only bagpipes I think sound good.

  • @Nara6Roku I wish I could find more music like ths part haha i dont like any other bagpipe music

  • @Nara6Roku I might be wrong at this, but I THINK it's actually a violin. Either way, it really is epic :D

  • 2:51 - 3:04 awesome :D

  • Films would be NOTHING without their music :) Incredible stuff

  • nice touch with the roars at the end i couldnt find any track that added those

  • I like the theme at 1:33 to 2:00 is sounds cool,

and I relate to this movie well because I am form Norway, where the vikings originated and still are, so I am considered a viking, I guess, and believe me, it is HARD, you have to be really strong, to be even looked at, so poor Hiccup, I know how he feels, I didn't fit in either...

  • Let me guess... u have the DVD 2 me 2

  • why is it part 2

  • @hmsdtbarbieluver13 cuz part one is front part of the OST where i couldn't found anywhere in the Movie.

    anyone can help with that?

  • @aoh42 oh ok then just wondering.

  • @hmsdtbarbieluver13 it's okay~

anyone out there can assist me on finding the part one music belongs to??

  • @aoh42 oh yeah hey do you think you can get counter attack on here cuz you don't have that one up yet.

  • @aoh42 i'll try my best okay?

cause the song and the AMV are quite hard (don't know why) to fit together

and i'm in middle of sem now

  • @aoh42 The part before this is called "War Room" from the expanded score. Check out my video here:

  • 2:53 EPIC MUSIC! I swear this scene felt like hours in the cinema, it was INTENSE! My heart was hammering against my ribcage! John Powell is a genius in translating the audience's reactions into music. And I nearly fainted myself like hiccup, it really looked like Toothless would kill him. this anticipation heightened by the music of course.

  • It's amazing at the ending how much emotion and meaning are behind both the music and his eyes. In that single moment, feral being and death are combined as one. And suddenly, mercy finds its way into the equation.

  • Remeber people,no vikings were harmed in the making of this film...........Well,maybe hiccup or tuff nut, and fishlegs.

  • I LOVE THE ENDING. It's so climatic when it's just those penetrating eyes..it gave me goosebumps in the theatre.

  • @nielsdejong yeah down with the bloody big dragon I say and ding dong the evil dragon queen is dead

  • @libbyferrell1 he was taught that dragons are vicious monsters and to be a great viking he would have to kill a dragon so he knew that would be away to get the tribes respect and his fathers and maybe get astrid to like him he never knew that they fought to defend themselves and they steal food to bring them to the red death their queen

  • @The1Dragonprincess

    True.

Then again, the Dragon were the ones attacking so how could the vikings have known?

I'm not defending Stoic's treatment of Toothless, but had Hiccup not killed the queen dragon the dragons would still have to steal from the vikings, and the Vikings would have to defend themselves and their foodsupplies (in the winters, you could easily die there).

Because Hiccup and Toothless killed the Dragon, peace was possible :)

  • @The1Dragonprincess Perhaps an understated theme of the movie is that instant gratification doesn't always pay off. Had he killed Toothless right then and there, he would have had status and respect he craved. But his people would still be at war with the dragons.

  • why would hiccup kill that poor night fury??

never saw something horrifying like that.

  • @libbyferrell1

    Because the poor Night fury just attacked their village and almost killed some of his tribesmen? ^^;

In the vikings defence, they were the ones being attacked, not the way around. Fortunately now that the Dragon queen is death there is enough food for both of them :) So there is no need for fighting ;)

  • reminds me of an injured horse.

  • I love those feral eyes, wish I had eyes like that.

  • @TheWiserider thank you

  • @KumariGurasu I don't think toothless was "taunting" hiccup I think he was really scared I can tell by his eyes and when he pinned hiccup he just didn't want to get hurt or be killed I think he also gave hiccup a warning about messing with him

  • @The1Dragonprincess i agree

  • Ohh, this part still gets me worked up. This was one of the more serious scenes in the movie. I love it.

And I can't remember very well (and the quality's too dark to tell), but I think Toothless was "taunting" Hiccup in a way, as though saying "Stab me here, right here, you wuss".

  • that was sad when hiccup wanted to kill the dragon.

but, it was scary when he got pinned down by night fury.

like he was feirce or something.

  • I'm glad hiccup didn't kill the dragon imagine for 300 years (that's what hiccup said when he said he was the first viking who wouldn't kill a dragon) no viking ever felt sorry for those things then again no viking encountered a nightfury hey i wonder if another viking found this dragon like astid or stoick would they feel sorry for it too or would it take a person like hiccup to have compassion enough for the dragon to free and willingly try to be it's friend

  • @The1Dragonprincess thats are 50-50

  • How To Train Your Dragon will release onto DVD October 15.

  • i'm so sorry that i now couldn't make out some time to finish this series of MV, i'm really sorry about that.

My Semester break is coming, and i promise, i will do something on that 2 weeks temp.

all the banned videos that currently have the same picture all over the AMV is reloaded on 4shared.com

i'll try to finish these few AMV ASAP in then semester break.

and if i was able to get one of HTTTYD's original DVD movie, definitely I'll redo the whole project again!

and post it as a HD quality AMV

  • but, he would kill a dragon!

His Father thinks he's Not A viking???

    why????

  • i take it you didn't see the movie libbyferrell1

Hiccup has made mistakes when dragons attack his village. So his dad and his village dont trust him. If he brought home a dead dragon, people and his dad would respect him. But no, Hiccup just made their lives easy by befreinding the dragon :)

  • if hiccup killed the dragon, that would be sad!

  • if I did kill the dragon, that would be voilent respect.

  • why did hiccup want to kill the dragon??

  • @libbyferrell1

he wanted to kill him cause he wanted the respect it would come to killing a dragon. It's all about dragon killing in the viking world

  • that was scary when hiccup got attacked.

  • i love the part where toothless has hiccup pinned down, its a total feeling of "youre mine!"staring into the eyes of the dragon as he is about to strike. gives me the most delightful chills just thinking about it

  • yeah i know.

sorry to all viewers for the flaw.

Window Movie Maker somehow don't allow me to shift to the correct timing.

  • @aoh42 Actually, it IS perfect timing, it's just that when they add the music in the movie, they cut some parts it to MAKE it perfect timing in the movie. I know this, because I tested something like this on the Lion King

  • @midnavaati222 yeah i know that~

but somehow (maybe it's the movie file that i get is somehow corrupted a bit) it don't allow me to shift it to correct timing

  • the sync is a bit off, especially when he pops his head up and sees the dragon
