He didn't. Extract from EVE -> Copy ship from HW2 -> Replace model and texture -> Add turret hardpoints and turret -> done.

heh format &fmt=18 &fmt=35 is possible for me, though I had it 1280x720 HD but recorded at less than 1280x820 with a bit rate of 2000-2500kbps and no audio.

I overreacted back there...but the ships and the dark atmosphere is perfect..the ships from the original homeworld 2 are kinda lightier in color,but that's ok with me

I read somewhere (but from inside the team) that they are allowed to use real Eve online models so was copy and paste, but they have their merit and it is just impressive.

I also like the original Homeworld 2 and I play from time to time with great pleasure (remember that it is game with roughly 6 years).

Just google with how to mod homeworld 2 tutorial tools, that will give you some sites with useful documentation, many tools and the RDN tools also. For this specific mod see their forum (links in the Original in 4/3 video) and post here some of your findings, that will help others interest in modding too.

You are right! This was my first HD video after doing some tests with stereo, HQ and HD and everything is available so now everyone could upload videos with that quality. You could compare with the original 4/3 format (wOlxNNn-VZQ), the difference is wonderful!

Thanks wokmonster, but the original video is not mine it is from the group that is working on the Homeworld 2 EVE Mod, references and more information in the 4/3 format video.

About HD on YouTube, you could use (and do by yourself) my tests and information to convert and upload any video to YouTube HD, that was the goal of the tests and all data is available to everyone.

Maybe you could start by using Super and try to upload again some of your videos in HD.
