I'm in Corpus right now, but I have family in the Rio Grand Valley. The last thing we need, after Dolly and, about 2 weeks of raining, is a Hurricane. Though wherever it does hit, I hope the people protect and ready themselves because this is one of those that you don't want to underestimate.
