Nicely done, though the use of filters is perhaps excessive.

Also, whatever one may think of the Nightwish version of this song, it has a roughness to it that would better suit, say, Grimmjow - Ulquiorra has a refinement to his character that fits better with the original Phantom.

Good stuff. I always hate when people put a song to a video but the speed of the song and the speed of the video don't match up. The effects ya used for transitions helped that just nicely.
