Good video except the comment on the Dumas and how it made Russia into a Constitutional Monarchy is inaccurate. In actuality the Duma's exerted very little influence upon the Tsar as he was still unfaltering in his commitment to autocratic rule and so the presence of the Dumas did not create a constitutional monarchy ESPECIALLY after the Fundamental Laws of 1906. Even Nicholas II himself stated " I created the Dumas not to be directed by it, but advised".
