This engine seems to complex to be workable. CAD models are nice, but until I see a real world version of this engine, I'm gonna say the wankle is superior. :)

My design is a 16" rotary with a 8" crank and 1x4inch piston.
having a 4800 ft lb of torque at 2000 rpm's, that's 1827.86hp........

The MINH NGUYEN engine produces 16 strokes (4 power strokes per rotor rotation) per revolution of the rotor
The WANKEL engine produces 12 strokes (3 power strokes per rotor rotation) per revolution of the rotor.

Power of WANKEL engine is not produced by tangent forces.
