Okay dude if you still have the side kick id which i doubt then this is what you do i have had friend sucessfully remove and replace new screens and it worked fine you should try it 0.o

@redbulldog97 dude its already dried to late if it was regular water it should be fine but if it was saltwater it will turn white because the salt corrodse the system if it was regular water it should be fine just let it dry or put it in rice... uhh if its still messed up just drop it in water again let all the salt water come out of it... and put it in a bag of rice

Yo i got the same problem. Only one thing about my cmnt thats diff from all the other cmnts. MY PHONE DOES NOT HAVE WATER DAMAGE. It just went white or something. I bought it off ebay and it said never tested but no water damage. They never said !@#$ about a white screen. I got it for like 6 bux but 16 bux shipping. So ya someone please tell me what to do. Oh ya I don't have t-mobile so i cant go in there and ask for a replacement.

hey guys sorry i haven't been in this account in such a long time....To solve this problem i ended up buying a new phone. lol I have a blackberry curve 8320 now and it's awesome...I had a number of options to fix it...for 1 i could have just replace the screen...t-mobile wouldn't send me a new one because it was water damaged. 2 i could have put it in a bowl of rice right after it fill in water so the rice would absorb the water in the phone....anywho thanks for your help and comments :-) later

flip the screen open half way and unscrew the 2 screws that hold the screen on...take the screen off and clean the connectors...then put the screen back on, screw the screws, and try to turn it back on....u shouldnt have a problem

when you dropped it in water you should have immediately taken the battery out. you shouldn't have any serious problems, though..i believe you just lost the signal. that can be fixed.

I currently have a White Screen basicly it happened to me like 3 or 4 times and i have fixed it just turn off the cell phone and remove the battery then replace it 5 minutes later and then turn system on if it doesnt work then remove battery with system on wait about 2 minutes then replace it and it should work if not then there is a website that fixes it for you just search CPR repair on google and u will find a shop that fixes it.

buy a new screen from t-mobile, and then turn the screen on it 90° and unscrew the two screws and put in the new screen and then turn it on. hope this helped
