  • @tvandlust Killzone 3 is awesome... if you have online.... which i don't have, but the story is still pretty good.

  • Hey craig. I have great news. Sucker punch has decided to use the original cole for infamous 2. I don't know about his voice, but its likely that they will use the original voice as well.

  • @GamerKid1911 No, they decided to keep the changes this month. It sucks.

  • I am looking forward for 3ds that looks very cool

  • I agree with all your points

  • I enjoyed Nintendo but didn't think much of the others.

  • Nomura needs to slow it down with KH. Americans that are following the works in the kh series should feel overwhelmed. Bbs isn't going to be out til September and with Re:coded and 3d coming out there is no telling when the current story will move forward.

  • I cant wait to try out Metal Gear Rising

  • I didn't see Microsoft's conference, but nothing I read about from it interests me, aside from maybe the new Metal Gear game, which isn't even Microsoft-exclusive. There isn't much from Sony either that interests me. I'm interested in a lot of stuff from Nintendo's conference though, including the 3DS. There are new Resident Evil, Paper Mario, and Contra games that are announced for the system, and those are three of my all-time favorite serieses, so the 3DS immediately became a must-get for me.

  • Does this mean that games for the DS lite will no longer be made?

  • @CCMKBProductions Not necessarily, I don't think. It's immensely popular system --the second best selling system of all time, soon to be the best selling. I'm sure DS games will still be produced for at least a little while into the 3DS's life.

  • i spot true blood on that table...i love that show!!!

  • @ilovegames69 Yeah, I had just picked up the second season. :)

  • OMG donkey kong country returns i never new about this i thought the big thing was goldeneye but there making a DKC game - nice

  • Is the 3DS just a new version of the DS (backwards compatible with regular DS games) or is it a full-on successor to the DS?

  • @TheGraySun Both. It's a full-on successor, and it's backwards compatible with the current DS software. The best of both worlds! :)

  • @tvandlust Awesome! I'm gonna have to save up for this monster!

  • I watched the sony conference with a friend, and let me tell you this. HE WILL NEVER BUY A PLAYSTATION PRODUCT! He said that after hearing "Playstation" (the creepy robotic voice) one-hundred times, he was done. So i finished watching it while he played TF2! #LOL

But I definitely agree on Nintendo. They showed off great games that I never expected to see. I wanted Pikmin 3, but with so much first and third party support, you can't complain. The 3DS was the icing. We all wanted new hardware, done

  • Portal 2 and golden eye look sweet!!!

  • Nintendo's conference was very impressive, can't wait to get the 3ds, But e3 was also notable for the absences too, no vitality sensor, none of that milo nonesense, no last gaurdian, and no mention of how or if Kinect would be incorporated into fable 3. But my love for Nintendo has been rekindled again!

  • I was really impressed with this years E3. I have a year to decide how I"m going to make it out to Cali and into the convention for next year!!

  • i'm a halo fan and have been looking forward to Halo: Reach (even if I do think the series has been dragged out now) but after seeing Bungie's promo it almost put me off buying the game. Weird.

  • I agree with you're thoughts and I am prety sure that Nintendo just ripped my wallet :P

  • Dude I'm excited for the 3DS, infamous 2, and a few others

  • I didn't care for anything Microsoft had to show, Sony was nearly the same because they didn't talk about any of their upcoming releases or suprises that I wanted. Nintendo mind boggled me with awesomeness, I was so, so, so happy to se new Kirby and DKC games in works for THIS year. 2010, not even 2011.

Then there's the 3DS, oh gosh. I just am a really happy camper and so excited for the future of their gaming brand.

  • Nintendo was amazing and it gave me a reason to again buy Wii.

    Kevin Butler was brilliant!

EA conference was good also can't wait to play Dead Space 2.

But this morning I found the biggest E3 game and it's from creators of Flower:

    JOURNEY !!!!

  • is donkey kong country return's on 3Ds?

  • I think Nintendo finally stole E3 again... I bought the DSi XL, knowing they would relase the 3DS, and I can honestly say I dont mind one bit... cause both consoles kick ass

Also looking foward to Kirby's Epic Yarn... that games looks awesome

  • Agreed, I felt that MS had no surprises, we already knew pretty much everything about the games revealed and the 360 slim had already been leaked. I wasn't impressed.

Gears 3 and Fable 3 I'm really really excited for, definitely.

I agree, the concept behind Kinect is brilliant, but the games sucked, just felt like a whole bunch of family/party games which has already been done with the Wii.

Yeah I agree Nintendo owned the other conferences and I don't even own a Wii.

    3DS FOR THE WIN!

  • I agree with every damn word you said in your video. I would rate 5 stars but new youtube sucks so ill give ya thumbs UP!

  • Another great video tvandlust! Awesome thoughts!

  • I am looking forward to The Legend of Zelda: Skywar Sword, Mario Sports Mix, Epic Mickey, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Kirby's Epic Yarn + the 3DS.

  • i found it funny when the 3ds demo "tour guides" came out and thew were all hot women.

  • @slythemagicunicorn a.k.a. "Booth Babes"

  • Nintendo and Sony did good

    microsoft sucked balls

  • Steam support on PS3 WEWT!!!!!!

  • Goddamn man as Ive said before your opinion word for word 100% mirrors my own.

  • I'm so excited for The Third Birthday. Parasite Eve is back :D

  • I've been waiting for that Donkey Kong game since 1996. Pretty satisfying for it to actually come out and pretty lucky that it comes out the one generation I actually have a Nintendo console (never had a Gamecube or N64).

  • I don't know about the PS3 Move being reasonably priced. Sure, if you're just going to get the Move controller, that'll be $50. But you also need the Playstation Eye for it to work. And you'll probably want that nunchuk that costs $30. At the end of the day, if you're just jumping in, the new PS3 controller will cost about the same as a Kinect.

That being said, neither of these new motion controllers really interested me, considering Nintendo seems to have perfected their waggle with Zelda.

  • @fraeport $99 Bundle and then $30 for Navigation Controller. It's not gunna cost as much as the kinect. The kinect is rumored to have 2 versions a one that costs around $150 and another around $180.

  • i think Nintendo blow the fans away with all the revamps they are releasing, Kirby donkey kong and 3ds ,,, will be really interesting like having MGS on it or dj hero 2 3d or all the other great who join and release games.

  • I think MS won. Great announcement and Kinect is awesome. Nintendo's was meh. Not much impressed and Sony was hopeless. I mean, what the fuck was that. It was terrible.

  • @MikeJustesenFilms Dont be a fanboy sony AND Microsoft sucks iam with nintendo again....

  • @Fyrusz I have all 3 consoles, so i am not a fanboy. But the Nintendo titles were'nt "that great". I could maybe find 2 titles i would consider buying, the rest was crap, and games i already had. Sony's was pointless. Crappy titles and Move was a wii clone. That fat guy Butler was stupid to listen at, and had nothing to with announcement. Fanboy.

  • @MikeJustesenFilms Microsoft? Really. We all already knew about Natal/kinect. They had 45 minutes of Cirque de Solei........Sony's conference had the most reaction from the audience. Do you know how many times the audience cheered or laughed at the Microsoft conference.......ya not really. Kevin Butler was hilarious. Nintendo released METAL GEAR SOLID for Nintendo 3DS. Obviously you have never played a MGS game. Nintendo also had a new Zelda.....so ya Microsoft definitely won....

  • @xAbstractFilmsX Yep Microsoft definitely won. Then Nintendo and then sony

  • @MikeJustesenFilms your a retarded fanboy. GTFO.

  • @xAbstractFilmsX I have all 3 next gen consoles, try to relax. Its just my opinion, dude. No reason to call me retarded and so.

  • wtf 240 p?

  • heard that they will have high res sonic adventure and crazy taxi dreamcast games on 360 and pd3 download service. there is a sequel/remake to hydro thunder that will be on 360 download thing too. seems like these will be the first in a lot of other dreamcast games they will have. wish they talked about that more.

wish i had these new systems. i actually kinda liked the kinectimals too. i have a thing for cute stuff >.>

  • Nintendo's conference blew me away. Honestly, my main thought after the whole thing is, where am I gonna get the money for all those amazing games. Skyward Sword looks to be the best experience you could imagine for an adventure game. Kirby looks beautiful, and DKC: Returns actually made me go "NO WAY!!" And we still have Metroid coming soon. But not to be overshadowed by all the first party titles is Epic Mickey, which looks so creative. And the 3DS... just wow.

  • I completely agree with you on basically everything you stated. Playstation Move looked good...Kinect not so much. I loved Nintendo's conference. There weren't any mind blowing games this time around at E3 IMO, but it looks like there will be a lot of quality games coming out (DKC, Kirby, Epic Mickey, Portal 2, Twisted Metal, etc. etc.)

  • I am sorry for double posting on your video but I ran out of space. Another thing that blew my mind was Goldeneye. I had a slight feeling the last few years that it was coming but I was still completely suprised by it. I would like to end by asking you a question. I'm not sure if you like Kingdom Hearts at all or whatever but, I love Kingdom Hearts, I was extremely dissapointed that Square Enix hasn't given us even a little PREVIEW of what KH3 is. What do you think?

  • @Wootsickles I often have mixed feelings about the Kingdom Hearts series, In general, I enjoy it, but it's been long since a proper sequel that I feel like I'm getting disinterested. Chain of Memories and 358/2 Days aren't bad, but they're not proper sequels either. At least, that's my feeling on the subject.

  • @tvandlust I totally agree with you. I'm starting to think that Square Enix just ran out of ideas of what to do with the Disney stuff. I'm getting really tired of seeing handheld "Micro" Sequels. I love handhelds as much as the next guy but damn man. Its been a LONG TIME. I wouldn't mind as much if they didn't give the preview in the secret ending of the Second one. But I guess all I can do is bitch its not going to change the outcome of what they are doing. :(

  • Hey Craig. You probably don't care but since you seem to have the same gaming "language" as myself I want to share something with you. I started to watch the Nintendo conference last. The reason being this is I always save my favorite for last. I agree with you Nintendo hasn't been very good for the last few years. When they introduced donkey kong. "We want to go back to our roots, you may already hear it coming". When I heard that music my heart dropped and I could NOT look away. Diddy & DK FTW

  • @Wootsickles Yeah, I got pumped when I heard the music too. A great lead in for the trailer. :)

  • It's pronounced Vee hick you ler.

  • @PrehistoricLoathing Yeah, you're right, but I always find it funny when people ignore the entire scope of a 10 minute video just to correct someone on some minute detail that has nothing to do with the video itself. It's as if they get off on being right. Do you actually have any thoughts on E3, or do you get off on being right?

  • @tvandlust

Both. I get off on being right, and I have thoughts. Microsoft conference was pretty lame. Boring stuff mostly. Nothing really wow'd me. Kinect is a joke. Also, the ESPN thing just went on and on and on. Sony was pretty good. The Move is looking excellent. It seems very precise, and I'm looking forward to Portal 2 on steam. Nintendo was also awesome with the 3DS, and the OoT and Startfox 64 remakes.

  • @PrehistoricLoathing Sounds about we're on the same page then.

  • Hey Craig i was wondering.... what DS do you Use more The Normal dsi or the dsi XL? just wondering, and also the 3DS looks awesome!!!!!

  • @gramps217 I use the XL pretty much exclusively. I find it to be much more comfortable.

  • I think all the new movement things are dumb. If I wanted to shoot bow and arrows, I would go out and shoot bow and arrows. Keep video games, video games. And nintendo is always ahead of the game. Started the pointer stuff 3 years later sony and microsoft finally catch up and nintendo now has 3D. Sony and micro all probably like DAMNIT!!!!

  • I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but Nintendo really dominated it. I was going to get a Wii in the next few months anyway, but now I feel obliged as a gamer to get one.

  • Nintendo was average and a little bland the past years, but this year they blew my mind, i want a 3ds so badly now, and there remade Snes games as new Wii titles, and i also heard of a remake of ocarina of time, so Nintendo defiantly was the best

  • The 3DS looks great. Mgs3 (Add long title here) hehehe. Is in the works for the 3DS. Cant wait. Snake in 3D :) It could be EPIC!

  • Kingdom hearts 3d

  • Dragon Quest IX

Golden Sun - didnt hear u mention it ( I think)

I, too am excited for the 3DS.

  • microsoft- embarrassing

    sony average-boring

    nintendo-mind blowing

    and brownies are done!

  • I think you have some really educated opinions. You seem to be the most intellectual of all the Youtube video game channels. :D

  • @vivalastupidity Well, I don't know about that, but thanks. :)

  • I didn't care about microsoft, and sony's looked cool with the move and twisted metal, and nintendo was the best. I actually didn't really care for the new zelda too much, it looks fun but i can wait for that. What I can't wait for is Metroid other M, 3DS and the OoT remake, Starfox 64 remake, and mario kart 3DS and maybe Kid Icarus uprising. DKCR looked awesome, but the kirby game was eh it didn't really impress me. If they are remaking games I hope they remake Majoras mask, and mario sunshine.

  • You forgot Donkey Kong? Maybe I missed it, but I don't remember you mentioning the best game of the show. xD

  • I was very pleased to see that Kinect actually works, and some of the non-gaming functions look awesome. But the games look like crap...for now.

And yes, WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO COLE?!?! NOOO!!! And they kinda screwed us PSP owners.

  • what channel is it on basic cabel?

  • The Sly Collection sounds epic, one of my favorite series last gen. I'm excited for Zelda Skyward Sword for the art style alone, I always said a hand painted art style would fit 3D Zelda over the the realistic and "toon" style - looks like someone at Nintendo agrees.

Your video is the first time I've heard of Return to Eden . . . I guess now I have to save up for a 360 + Kinect.

I'm disappointed over the lack of the rumored "Team ICO Collection".

  • Nintendo blew the other two out of the water. Hoorah!

  • Btw did you get to see Rage? It has the best graphics a game has ever had. I'm not exaggerating. It's an RPG, Borderlands kind of game

  • luv the end

  • Sony demolished. Im not even a Sony fanboy

  • Nintendo > Sony > Microsoft conference

  • Yea Microsoft...

I wish they put as much effort and money in to a console that functions, as much as they Spent on that silly show and all those actors, what the shit was that.

  • @16bitghost no kidding

who else thinks the new 250gb xbox will get red ring still....

  • @crammage Oh yea the NEW Xbox.

    The advertising Slogan should be.

" Dude Your getting a Dell"

and if that's not the biggest kick in the nuts,

" NOW WITH BUILT IN WiFi" Hey thanks alot 5 years late.

  • Yay! Someone else took notes as well!

  • it was really surprising that there remaking goldeneye and donkey kong country returns. and most importantly i loved how nintendo never talked about the vitality sensor for the wii. =] microsoft really brought my blood pressure high when they released a new version of the 360 the same price as an elite.

  • Totally agree about 3DS. I am definitely upgrading to the 3DS when it releases. Super excited about it, especially Ocarina of Time 3D.

Let's cross our fingers for a Rune Factory 3D!! =P

  • Actually, Nintendo has attempted multimedia with it's handhelds before.

The GBAVideo and Nintendo MP3 Player for GBA.

  • Great vid and got a good chuckle from the blooper.

Personally I am really anticipating Metriod Other M. And defiantly getting a 3DS. Most likely get the OOT for that one. One of my favs of all time.

  • Yea i dont like the new cole either.

  • Killzone 3D really blew me away. The gameplay looks amazing, and the best thing about it is it supports the Move. That was the best news all E3. I mean, I love Zelda, it's the reason why I bought a Wii. But I already know how Skyward Sword is going to play out. Link visits the ground, has to free it from evil by visiting different dungeons, and then defeat the final boss Ganon. We've all been there before, so it's hard to get excited about it. Nintendo seriously needs to hire a scenario writer.

  • @zxgohan you also know how killzone works out.... i see this with many sony people, they are trying to find the bad parts in games and all you guys can say is the story. but ya killzone is killzone jsut like any other generic shooter, the graphics looked the same but will definitely be better with3D!!!! cant wait

  • @gamereviewsss I've never played a Killzone game before so no, not really. Where as with Zelda, I've played every single game except 2 and Oracle of Ages. Zelda is a great game when it comes to gameplay. It has some really good boss fights. The problem with Zelda is that it's basically the same game, but with new items, bosses, locations, etc. Zelda has the potential to be way more than what it is, but I don't think Nintendo will ever realize it.

  • @zxgohan well i tihnk they have, look at the differences. and thats kinda hypocritical dont you think? you say its the same game, just with new items, bosses, characters, graphics, setting, and lots of different story elements into the gameplay... so i dont see how its the same game, and look at the new one coming out, huge new gameplay element into it (not to mention if link skydives he will be the most badass video game charecter ever :P )

  • @gamereviewsss It's the same plot pretty much. You can disagree, but you'd be wrong :P If I was running things, first of all I'd give Link a voice. He should have his own opinion by now. Secondly, I'd come up with a storyline that spans over three to four games. I'd make something like, Link is on a journey trying to figure out his forgotten past. And as he travels, he meets new friends, and he gets caught up in their problems. Picture something like that, with Zelda gameplay. Greatness.

  • @zxgohan ya i completley agree, but they really have no need to do it yet, once the hype for the games die down a bit they probably will, im guessing next game that comes out for it will be. so much potential in the biggest video game franchise next to mario

  • not too excited about the wii games announced(ive already played enough platformers on the wii =/). However, I am really excited about the 3ds specially because of the games.

  • After seeing some screenshots and videos on the 3DS you can see the grafics are way better than the PS2 and the PSP. It even has a port of the Super Street Fighter 4 wich is gonna be on 3D obviosly and the grafics are mind-blowing for an handheld. They are identicall to the 360 and PS3. Overall the other games's graphics are identical to the Wii, so here's hoping for a Super Mario Galaxy 3D game :) Who's with me? Those are my toughts on E3 this year pretty much agreed with everything you said

  • Now for Nintendo's conference it rulled. They showed tons of games some weren't suprising but many of them were total suprises. Games like Kirby, Donkey Kong, Metroid, Zelda, the Mickey one that actually looks good, were all awesome. The thing that stole the show was obviosly the 3DS. The line-up for that thing is one of the biggest and best of all time. It as Metal Gear, Resident-Evil, Ocarina of Time, Kid Icarus, Monkey Ball, etc etc it's over 70 games I believe.

  • @lagartixaphone man 100% agree, i cant frigin wait for 3DS

  • Now we know that if Sony makes an Infamous movie they will get Ryan Reynolds to play Cole. *rolls eyes*

  • Yeah, I found it odd that they didn't mention The Last Guardiant at all. It also kind of annoyed me how much they were saying the Move was "unlike anything you've ever seen" and how they're the "authority in 3D video games". On both counts Nintendo seems to have an edge.

  • Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2,

The new Zelda (obviously), MGS: Rising (just because the gameplay seems to be something new), epic Mickey, Metroid: other M, Mortal Kombat 9, SW: The Force Unleashed 2, AC3: Brotherhood, Fallout : New Vegas

and hopefully the 3D effect on the 3DS will be as good as it sounds.

  • So next i would like to talk about Sony's conference. They really didn't suprise but the games they showed were pretty good like LittleBigPlanet 2 (now you can creat all sorts of game types like shmups or RPG's etc). Killzone 3 looked like a great FPS and Infamous looked fun like it should. The Move part really got me to be looking forward for it because I can now see that you can actually play third-person action/adventure games and all sorts of genres, so it succeeds were Kinect doesn't.

  • im really looking forward to kriby and the 3ds

  • Nintendo's conference was deffinitly the best one followed by Sony and then Microsoft. So i strongly agree with most of what you said. Kinect could be good if they had any good games for it. Everything they showed was eighter fitness games or family/party games wich aren't really hardware sellers like you said. And the no buttons scheme isn't for me at all, and everyone know's how well voice recognicion works so it's a no no for me. Continues in the next comment because of the letter limit :)

  • The problem I see in general is, there is too much technology out, so no one is impressed anymore wit anything. Im certainly not. Thats why Im so in to retro gaming. Im glad guys like Craig and a lot of other Youtubers are also in to it, keeping the hobby alive.

  • I hope u can do another vid on the swag u get at the E3

  • 3D was a bad move by sony because the average consumer either just recently got an HDTV in the past few years or are planning on getting one and now that you can get a pretty good 40" + LCD that 1080p 120hz for under 1000-1200 people aren't wanting to drop another grand for a gimmick that might not last 5 years and the people who already dropped 1000+ on a tv aren't going to go out and spend thousands more for 3D, the majority of people who will do it aren't even the core audience.. bad move

  • Kinect is fucking ass.

  • Comment removed

  • Golden sun 3 is gonna be my favorite.
