  • TWO TONE GREEN CORVETTE IS ALL I REMEMBER

  • I saw the film when I was a teen. Great aussie film crap. Loved the song though.

  • at least theres no vevo

  • he's not dead ..."was". still is

  • sad about Harvey James. He was a talent

(speaking of talent in this band ... Alan Sandow was/is a terribly under-rated drummer)

    Jimbo

  • @djimi66

Sandow , was a great drummer

  • RIP Harvey James :(

  • R.I.P. Harvey James

  • There was a amazing cast in the film, too bad it was so awful. The song is probably the worst aspect of the whole thing. Sherbert only ever did one decent song. What do you think that was (no, it was not HOW ZAT!)

  • Does anyone remember the movie?? (LOL, it wasn't very good was it?)

There don't seem to be any clips from the movie on You-Tube, and I'm collecting bits and pieces of old, forgotten Aussie films.

  • @2sick2care Yep I'm old enough to remember that movie Grigor Taylor and Joseph Bottoms (if memory serves) pretty crappy film nicely filmed , good song though

  • @Boldshane It was kinda crappy, but the car was cool:)

  • @2sick2care The movie was called HIGH ROLLING

  • How can I miss the past that I didn't even have it??

I'm so obsessed with Sherbet ! I really do love this song!

  • Must of missed that one. But the song is cool . It sounds so seventies. Thx. for the share

  • Back to the wonderful Sherbet and High Rollin'...I luuuurve this adorable song...Brings back sooo many great Aussie childhood memories...even for a wog like me... ha ha..

The film was rather awful...but I'd love to see Sherbet, or Daryl, do this live...SUCH FUN , hey Sherbet girl??

  • Great Australian Band!!! Love Sherbet Songs! Thanks Jon..Hugs Anita

  • Great song from Sherbet. Its about high rollin, having fun and taking it easy. That was a song from Aussie movie "High rollin"...the 70s movie..with Gregor Taylor and Timothy Bottams.Australia is a country of immigrants along with Aborigines.Where ever anyone is from....its ok.Its what makes our country so great.

  • and a very young Judy Davis , as "spunk bubble"

  • yeah, gee ... 49 US States pretty much sums you up. And a Filipina bride to boot ... ha ha. Maybe your good wife can offer you some spelling lessons. Sounds like you have your own melting pot occurring, big boy. Do you understand the definition of hypocrisy?

Oh, & you didn't mention whether you visited Antarctica or not ... you really should.

  • djimi66...you're hysterically funny and I couldn't have said it better myself, man. "49 US states pretty much sums you up???" That's beautiful, honey. Fucking beautiful...

Doncha just love pogues69's passionate declaration that "WE white Euro descendants created what they see as the world..." HA HA HA! Oh pleeease STOP! You're killing me...ha ha ha....Exactly to WHICH white Euro descendants are your referring, child?? ha ha...Oh, and give our best to the little lady...hmmmm?

  • markflem ... it's fkn boofheads like you who woulda made John Howard proud. There is a great big world out there - get out & see it. And, for the sake of the planet, if you should see some place that you really like, for fuck's sake stay there! I hear Antarctica is nice ... try it. You stupid, bigotted bell end

  • Your the f'n boofhead that doesn't have the courage to admit what the "TRUE" impact of having a "SHIT Melting POT"... If these people and their countries are so great then why are the detrimental to the our society??? Why do they leave there home? I hypothesize because they think that since WE white euro descendants created what they see as the world they have the right to have a piece of it at OUR societies detriment. IMMIGRATION DOES NOT STRENGTHEN it DILUTES

  • By the Way, I have been to 18 Countries and 49 US States and am Married to a Pinay...

I have learned to be honest and not to sign on to the socialist agendas...

  • I have been looking for the movie that matches this song for a while, it was a dodgy Aussie film about sandman panel vans, carnies and the odd car chase from memory.

Hush Sherbert and TMG used to tour even pissy little country towns like mine then.

  • the movie is called High Rolling as well,I loved it & like you would like to see it again(maybe its better we don't find it,lol) it brings back great memories

  • Ah the days when Australia was Australia and still had its identity and not this multicultural melting pot we have now!

  • Thanks for this clip. Man it takes me back. Life was free and so young..
