  • Man.. that is straight bad ass!! Killer set up. Id love a demo of this.

    Check out my blazer sometime.

  • I think this setup is better than Meades setup.

  • best build quality i've seen in a lonnnng time. awesome setup!

  • WHATS THE SONG+ OR WHOS IT FROM

  • @streeatbeat bass mekanik max killa-hertz is the album. these songs are made strictly for this purpose. they arent by a particular artist

  • I hope this video gets insane numbers of hits dude. You probably have the tightest, cleanest sounding 150db+ system out there. Huge respect for the strokers!

  • @barevids thanks for that but a good camera and the fact i spent the same on high's as my bass has a lot to do with it.

  • Ohhh damn THEM BUTLERS!!! I always wanted to hear the tube amps in a car! And you have 4!!! Geez and then the Orions!!! Ohh and not to mention the (3) pimp daddies!! And I would say Steve Meade doesn't have much over you... I would personally rather listen to yours over his... But I would like to cruz the Highway in his to check it out... And if you ever run into a problem with any of your Strokers I will be glad to help! I can send you pics of my friends that I fixed! U have utubes best stereo!

  • @TheDeathKilla actually i have 5 butlers. everything i have in my truck besides the 18's i have a spare just in case. thanks for the kudos and the offer for fixing the subs.

  • yah i hear you. if i blow one im fucked. luckily im working on a backup plan as we speak

  • Old skool strokers FTW!! I used to have a wall similar to this, but i had 3 15s. Mine was in an extended cab 99 dakota rt. Never really pushed em hard like they should have been, but man, do i miss those subs. If you could still get the recone kits for em, i might have strokers in my car now!!

  • Cerwin Vega FTW!

  • LOVE the setup...I agree with TheScottishbear...Strokers have been as he said "the woofers behind the glass" always wanted some but could never afford them...but anyway I like what you've done...gotta love old school!

  • @80madeye if i can afford them anybody can.you can find them once in a while on ebay.thanks for the compliment.

  • ok and again not to sound silly but who the hell is earl zausmer.i know you probably think i live in a igloo but i have never heard of this guy.lol

  • Those strokers were the "woofer behind the glass" Always wanted some. Those old orion and tube amps are pure sex. If you busted out a milbert I would've passed out lol . Did I see that you have ID horns? How do you like them? I just bought a pair. I see alot of people adding tweets to fill in the natural roll offs of the horns j/w what you thought about it.

  • @TheScottishbear i really dont use them as they are running off the deck on maybe 12 watts apiece. they are very abrasive but that could be cuz i have them capped off too low. if you want to be heard these will do the trick. im up in canada and never heard the term mildred before. whats that mean and thanks for the good laugh.cheers

  • @sergeparadis1 Milbert were old school tube amps. Earl Zausmer had them in his 540i. They were amazing. sorry for the confusion :P

  • is this a music?

  • @opa1491 what do you mean? this music is actually made just for showing off your bass section. anyother time i dont listen to this stuf as it is hard on your equipment.

  • jw wat do u hit?

  • @Micheal153 i did a 150 but one amp was fucked i found out after the only time i ever had it metered. remember also that this truck is tuned for music not spl so i think its a respectable number.if i had to guess with proper tuning and all cylinders firing i should crack a 153 all day.

  • @sergeparadis1 lol dont mark me rong im not hatin lol i think its awsome i was just wondering and i bet it sounds great!

  • Damn that brings back old memories. I had a friend that had 4 of the 15's in a burban back in the day. They get stupid loud! Good stuff man.

  • nice orions I have a few myself. love all the old school stuff before the DEI buyout! BIG THUMBS UP!

  • I remember when the strokers came out! Very cool setup man. :)

  • @c8kwalk thanx, the design came out around 1980 as i was told. i believe these were of the last made in 2000 approx

  • omg that's old!!!!!!!Best setup of old school music to date!!!!!

  • NOW THIS IS OLD SCHOOL GOODNESS!!!!

  • i love the pick on amps and sub bro

    super clean

  • truely a classic old school system.

  • Man, the old Strokers! Truly old school build, that's awesome! Gary Killian

  • @KingofPsychlone hey right on i was pretty sure you would like what you seen.cheers

  • hold the camera steady :(

  • @wow1022 easier said than done

  • i still got my stroker special edition 15 and it still look new

  • how you like the tube amps good old vacuum tube i love mine

  • @the666bud i love them. i like that ive had them for 5 years and can still sell them for what i paid in ten years from now cuz they are hard to find. butler is great to deal with on warranties, repairs etc...cuz they are a smaller company so i plan on keeping these for a long time..

  • blast from the past felt like i step back in time 16 years

  • niiiice. now i want the strokers man!. nice setup. cv forever <3!

  • i had one of the cerwin vega 18s in 92 bad ass bro

  • awesome vid. had to favorite it

  • @jasonbc69 glad you enjoyed it

  • @sergeparadis1 hey man whats the piece of metal coming out of the subwoofer? havnt seen one like that

  • @coreyhalo20 its a metal pin meant to keep the voice coil centered as far as i was told.

  • @sergeparadis1 oh.ok i was just wondering havin seen one didnt know what it was

  • @sergeparadis1 That aint to keep the vc centred, iirc its an adjustable bias & suspension control locking mechanism.

  • BADASS!!! CV 4-EVER!!!

  • thumbs up for the nipple woofers lol nice job its really clean man

  • They look like they are from the 80's lol

  • @ThePandoh late 90s they were one of the best you could ever get.

  • @tom58c beast

  • @ThePandoh This version is from 1996 but the original stroker is from the 70s

  • Nice Set Up Like How you did the Box and Subs

  • A Old School Rockford Fosgate Symmetry! :O

  • @AdamTheAudioMan ya and i got two of them just in case one fucks up

  • @AdamTheAudioMan What's the deal with these? I know they are old school but do they work and, how do they work? Would you ever recommend for newer systems?

  • @shanevogele - Well they are pretty rare to find on some occasions. Here is a video on how it works: /watch?v=WjcvkkCiV6A , Also has all the info about it...

  • @AdamTheAudioMan I've watched that one. I'm running 4 comp 6.5's 4 high end tweets and two 10" comp style subs. Would it be worth hunting one down?

  • @shanevogele - Go for it. You could try to find one, but I have never seen one listed for sell or anything...

  • @shanevogele try ebay i see them once in a while.

  • Nice shit. The Stroker woofers are really cool. I got some myself. Are you satisfied with the performance?

  • @P1200VB well considering there is much better stuff out there now,my subs are under-powered and my box is only 16 cubic feet(too small), i am still satisfied that i can make people uncomfortable when they sit in my truck.thanks for asking

  • @sergeparadis1 In my opinion the old Stroker serie, especially the 18" still performs very good. At least in a well optimized box.

  • @P1200VB and thats exactly my problem.i need about 24 cubes and bigger ports to make these subs really dance.

  • nice setup! love the old school goodies!

  • Who's steve meade?lol

    Nice setup you got there.
