  • high me again, ive kart and mini moto quad, are u using the axle that was with the kettcar? im baffles at the price of an axle £30 wow lol. ur video has me pumpin to match it in style lol. many thanks for welder tip, my friend dropping tig welder nextweek.

  • @wrcopey11 Hi there i borrowed / stole the axle out of my wee daughters pram/buggy which was ideal as it was long enough for the job and reasonably strong. It was 10mm thick diameter bar. keep me posted with the project.Any more questions or queries please ask.

  • that is an A1 job, great! wee question m8? is the metal frame of the kettle cars solid enough for a welder, I see u used 1 how manny watts. all in all that was as good as they come, great build

  • @traceym23 Hi there yes the frame can be easily welded I used a siegen 180 amp mig welder which was ideal for this project, thanks for the comments ........ get one built

  • that is the most dangerous shit iv ever seen O.o

  • Cleanest conversion so far after a couple hours searching YT.

I like how you fit it all under the seat for a factory appearance with no dangerous chains or gears around the driver.

I have a 26cc donor. Think it will pull a 50lb kid alright?

Wondered what the deal was with the bushings and stops.

Is that to take out the slack in the rear axle?

Are there any bearings I can't see under the frame? Does the sprocket have a screw in stop or is it welded to the axle?

  • @bucktheusa

Hi there thanks for the comments. The bushings/stops are to keep rear axle central and 2 sprockets in line. There are no bearings just used original plastic bushings. The sprocket is welded to the axle.the engine i used is a 50cc minimoto engine and to be honest i think the 25cc engine might be a little underpowered.I see that a brand new minimoto engine can be bought for as little as £50 on ebay.Good luck with your project, keep me posted.

  • Perfect drifter ^^ :D

  • did you make the back bar with the sprocket that the wheels go on or did yo buy it some place?

  • Not much ground clearence

  • is this the kettler SPA ?

    pls reply..

  • @soldout1986 Hi it just says "kettcar original " on the front of it,not to sure if kettler is the same make.

  • scrspe much?? haha the exhaust so low

  • NICE! I have one & was about to do the same. Instead I got a hold of a Razor Dune buggy for my 49cc Go Kartin' fun. All that nice work & time spent on this I would have thrown a few welds through out the frame, seat, & steering support. That thing'll disintegrate in a weak with my 200lbs, torque, & vibration from motor. It will be the envy of all the kids that'll follow you round wantin' to ride. Thats my problem and I aint no kid. I just run'em down. Solved. They ask me no more. keep it pimpin!

  • What music is this?
