man! Mark Lapidos was a cashier at a Sam Goody's near Radio City when he arranged the first Beatlefest, held at the Pennsylvania or McAlpin Hotel. I sold 10 tickets and got a free hotel room for my trouble. a splendid time was had by all. where is he holding these Fests nowadays?

gah i was there! i about died when the guitarist played the opening riff. dana's voice is so intense, she's perfect for this song. i couldn't believe i was actually seeing this in real life, and not just through a movie screen.

They were all standing literally in front of me. Like..two and a half feet from me. It was pretty cool.

The highlight for me was seeing Wings come on the stage to perform with Liverpool.

Liverpool were amazing this year!
