  • Actually when you have asthma you can't breath OUT. You breath in but the air stays in the lungs, you can't fully breath OUT and that's why by the next time you breath in you have the feeling there's not enough space for the air to come in. One doesn't need to breath deep. Try the Buteyko method and you'll see.
