  • seems a little too calculated to be considered Abstract Expressionism. still a nice video and creation.

  • i do finger 2 i like feeling the paint

  • i ues my finger hand and finger nails

  • @bobyard123 yep......i do that to boby at times.... too cool.... anything goes right? thanks so much for watching

  • just cause i dont like one black rose i "probably have a miserable life"........nice one, well have fun ruining the world of art. im gonna leave you alone now because everyone has lost they're marbles lol

  • pollock hated when people tried to find "meaning" in his paintings....they are pure aesthetic, he painted from within , with no purpose but to make beautiful works of art. looking at a jackson pollock for meaning is like looking at the clouds for mean......they just look nice, that is the concept

  • @TheJaredsb there is no meaning in his work to be found it has to be formed in the minds of the people who look at his work and internalize it. It's organized chaos, it's the feelings from within flooding a canvas to form a piece of art that portrays nothing yet everything. Pollock was a man with many demons and you can see that in his work.

  • @skinnyman1423 you make a good point but these people have no right to to do this piece and market it as there own on there website for hundreds of dollars that's a spit in the face to jackson, me and any other artist out there who knows art history and tries to produce original pieces . i can understand influence but this is just stealing. And if i ever meet them in the art community i will personally tell them what they are doing is wrong

  • @TheJaredsb pollocks style of painting is one which makes everything made using the style original nothing can be recreated even by the most skilled of artists. I think that this isn't stealing for the very same reason I have put above the art is original the style is not. I also think that they should have every right to use a style of painting made to make the inner emotions within the artist visual and market it, I won't buy it I would much rather save those for myself and use another style.

  • jackson pollock hated the so calleed "meaning" in his paintings.......they are pure aesthetic, nothing more. they look nice........and they come from inside with no purpose but to express their beauty

  • who gives a fuck let them just have fun

  • @judes1485 LOL...JUDES YOU ROCK! AND FUN WE HAD DOING THIS...... WE DONT CARE WHAT THEJARED THINKS OF US.... WE HAVE ONE HELL OF A GOOD TIME DOING IT.... JUST A SHAME THIS PERSONS PROBABLY MISERABLE IN LIFE....LOL... KIND OF SAD...... ANYWAY THANKS FOR THE COOL WORDS... ALL THE BEST TO YA

  • fuck you guys.....no one could ever create a "jackson pollock" but JACKSON POLLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!@!!!!! he would roll over in his grave if he saw your shit, oh and i checked out your website.......you suck.....a lot.....and both of you are ugly, thats coming from a fellow artist.i would trade god jackson pollock for you idiots anyday.........he is and forever will be missed , you guys dont even understand pollock.........there is no meaning to his paintings and that was the piont

  • @TheJaredsb no meaning? fucking learn your shit dumbass. you think you're defending him but really you're slapping him in the face. do some research and actually learrrrrn something...

  • JACKSON POLLOCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Splatter, drip, dribble !!!!

  • i watch a short documentary of Jackson Pollock & its great,,,......

  • Abstract realism or surrealism is the avenue by which the seat of creativity can be released. The early surrealists in the early 1900s were interested in the dream state when we are asleep where the mind takes reality and loses all rules of our reality and lets our subconscious creativity come forth with no boundaries. Surrealism is our inner world of expression of the outer world. Reality in a blender as I have said which is a rather prosaic way of saying it but apt.

  • Jackson Pollock would have been proud of you guys! I like your use of basters. I think it would be neat to use a few kids squirt guns if the paint were not too thick. Neat.

  • Great video compilation. Thanks for putting this together and sharing it with us!

  • nice to see

  • Wow, this is so strange, artistic and trippy; whats the word...........abstract? Well anyway, great job.

  • Great, very cool,good vidio!!!

  • Whoa paintin with Turkey Basters what a trip. THink Im gonna shoot a cruise over to that site. I'd love to score one of them paintings for my wall.

    mark

  • fantastic vid.. how did it fill following his jounry? ur a cool couple.. great taste in music

  • great, all this information about jackson pollock. did you now mathieux from paris ? he was the first artist witch paints in this style.

its looka beautifull on this video when you are working in art.

  • Old Jackson Pollock...it was love at first sight for me, back in high-school, when our teacher first told us about him. People rarely understand him, and they usually say something like "My baby son could do so" when they see his works in museums...But there's so much to learn from this man ! He was a revolutionnary in his time, and many artists were inspired by him. He proved how important is the body in painting, and announced things such as "happenings".

Tim & Sandy are his wonderful heirs !

  • I dig what you are saying...Its your thing to do what you want to do...cool video!

  • Really good video as always.

  • I have to be honest and say I don't understand all this...but I always find your videos very interesting! Love the painting!

  • Yo Tim and Sandy. great, great video! colourful and creative as always, cheers, Al :)

  • Tim Phoenix & Sandy Martin are the new age Jackson Pollock of today. You are the best painters in the world. Not to mention, the cutest couple of painters to ever scratch across the board as well. I find myself staring for hours staring at your website for hours looking at you & your paintings like its an epic biblical movie or something. You are my golden idols.

  • Dreamsick thats a pretty full on comment! An epic biblical movie, can I borrow your sunnies for a minute? But thats abstract for you, you see a biblical movie, I dunno, I see a different movie everytime I look at this piece.

I've been thinking about it and you know Tim would make a good Moses, I can just see him standing on a mountain top clutching his stone tablets and laying the LAW on the tribes below him!!!!!

  • very nice art works, I love Jackson Pollock

  • nice job you two...peace...m____________

  • Very well said-if you want a perfect image of something, then take a picture of it.

  • very cool..... i was doing the same thing about 5 hours ago.

    nice to have found you.

  • i love Pollock-great video !!! 5 stars

  • Amazing video as usual my good friends. As for the art.....AWSUM, AWSUM,AWSUM. Just luv your work, its so full of passion 5***** =D

  • 4 pounds of paint isnt enough.....tsk tsk

  • Do you think that Santa would ever bring me TIM for xmas? And of course the painting in this video too. And of course Sandy's coolness as well. Do the Pollock Rock!

  • Did you guys ever apply for a You Tube partnership? There are two criteria that must be met.

    1 original material

    2 instant high volume views

It appears to me you guys qualify hands down. I know someone who is a partner and there all kinds of advantages not given to the average peasants like me.

BTW another great post. Tim's dissertation and Sandy's moving around the canvas along with him is mesmerizing.

  • super cool paintings, true art [Freddie]

  • "Devine abstraction takes Joy in sharing" l feel the same way Tim and sandy .

  • aye man this is awsome nice love it! 5*

  • Amazing

  • eye opening, vivid and full of passion. You are using the paint to show emotion and the intracate webs we weave with them rather than painting a still life. There is merit in a still life but no life in it, abstract is alive and inviting, you tell you're own story.

This video has a very energetic feel to it, it's vibrant, it radiates vibes man!!!! Yeah and their good vibes too!

  • This is by far THE BEST video you guys did so far! You really captured the spirit of painting. Thank you! BTW, I like your do-rag and pants Sandy!

  • true artists.

    respect.

  • Beautiful artwork, beautiful people !

    5/5

    Hans :o)

  • art is happiness!

  • awesome job!!

  • cool! i likes
