  • where is the rectifier located on a 1971 yamaha g7s 80cc motorcycle. do you have a photo of it in correct location?

  • @rfenn100 its gutted right now, so no. but i can let you know.

  • I had one of these right off the show room floor. $350.00 loved it!

  • @mojobee 351.76 really i have 1 too

  • must have. awesome bike man!

  • i just got one of these, where can i find parts for it???

  • @shanefr20 planetbike seems to stock a fair amount of stuff, and a lot of stuff is directly compatible with the FS1-E....which there is a HUGE fan base for. overseas.

  • i had one of these in grade school. it was not the YZ80 i wanted but it was awesome for riding on back roads. i could ride all day at 55 mph, but take it to 60 mph and it would foul the plug after about 1/2 mile. they were much quieter with the baffel in, but at 13 you do not want quiet so out it came.

  • @Binford62044 i must be 13 at heart, i like it loud!

  • omg ! they made such cool bikes then !!

  • @atreewithnolife truly the golden era. 2-strokes for life!

  • CHECK OUT 80MPH FIZZ

  • i did! its already in my favorites. very inspiring.

  • Does the moped run correct?

  • HAHAHA

  • I have one just like it! Same color and year! It's actually called a G7S. It is an 80cc. I just got mine from a friend too! Just got mine running but needs carb and point work now.

  • awesome, thanks for the info!

  • is yours as loud as mine is? i looked at the pipe today and it looks like somebody cut it and welded it back together, i'm guessing somebody removed the baffles...not surprising since this bike is very loud for a stock motorcycle...

  • Did you buy that off of tracy meade?

  • yeah!

  • nice I was toying with the idea of picking it up myself. Are you in L.A. right now?

  • nah, i'm in iowa, but him andy and rob were heading out to chicago and stopped by to drop it off.

  • how much are these things worth i have had mine for like 2 years and my bike mechanic didnt even know the name! ive been looking online for so long to find out what it was

  • small motorcycles are a buyers market. theres never a good answer to that question...
