I went to Antonio's birthday party this last saturday night in Tampa, FL. He's a very nice, humble person and his son is the same. He's very laid back, and appreciative of everything he has. His cake was a boxing ring, with his logo, and a white guy laying out on it. Lol.

Half the guys he beat were not even bums. He had noble fights with Wayne Mulholland, Rolando Navarro, Satoshi Shingaki, Daniel Zaragoza, Samart Payakaroon, and etc. He's a Legend in Australia and I can see why he's in Hall of Fame.

Nah...Tarver pinpointed that punch perfectly because Roy's face was wide open. Instead of blocking (like he should have) Roy tried to sneak a hook in at the last minute, and it even landed too, nearly the same time Tarver's.
It's kind of sad that Tarver is so disliked by boxing fans. He's a great underdog story. I think his cocky persona kind of turns people off, but that's mostly just for show. Tarver is a great man in my book. And like it or not, he is one of the best Light Heavy Weight fighters of this decade. Not exactly a Hall of Famer, but a guy who deserves to be remembered by those who saw him fight.
