  • 15?

  • I like cyclist, only girl cyclist cuz they are fit and have nice butt

  • Tourette's anyone?

  • Cyclists are a fucking pain...they don't pay tax or insurance, but insist on being cunts on the road...get a bus pass wankers

  • @steve030671 Motorist don't pay tax either. The only cunts are the ones in cars .......... and you.

  • @catbells69 What are you talking about....car drivers pay road tax you bellend....PS get a fucking bus pass

  • @steve030671 You ignorant prick. Car tax was abolished in 1937. In addition to bicycles, there's two cars in my family. That means we pay vehicle excise duty on two cars. VED is not ring fenced for use on the highways. Get your facts right and get a bus pass, you senile cunt!

p.s. Cyclists have been proven to have higher IQs than thick cunts like you!

  • @catbells69 Are you retarded...read my first comment. Cyclists don't pay insurance or road tax, and are complete cunts most of the time...Car drivers have to pay insurance and road tax to use the roads...what part of this do you not understand? If you are referring to cyclists having a higher IQ, then clearly you don't ride a bike, and have made yourself come across as an even bigger bellend, now shut the fuck up!

  • @steve030671 you need to research what your road tax pays for (or infact doesnt).

  • @GeologistRob Blah, blah, blah....car drivers pay insurance and "vehicle" tax to use the road, but would like to think that you and the other who replied understood what I was talking about. Cyclists are in general a pain in the arse, and should also pay to use the roads. A cyclist caused £700 worth of damage to my car after driving into it...the Police's response was claim on your insurance!!!....I should be able to claim from the cyclist...shame it was just his bike that went under my wheels

  • @steve030671 Dont you think cyclists would prefer the roads to have no cars on it? I was listening to this guy on the radio recently who had traveled around Europe on his bicycle. He said that in most countries he rarely had to share the road with a car as cycle lanes where seperated. In Germany he didnt once share the road with a car. So i guess us in the UK are stuck with a bad situation and just have to try and get along.

p.s. vehicle insurance doesnt pay for A and B roads, council tax does.

  • @steve030671 The UK government made the choice not to make cycle insurance compulsary as to make cycling more approachable. Which is the right choice i think considering more cycles on the road is a very effective way to ease conjestion and ease pollution. Though morally, yes it does kinda suck that in your case the cycle had no responsibilty, but usually the cycles has a major responsiblilty to NOT crash as to avoid death.

  • @steve030671 In fact it's the other way around.

Cyclists who don't drive 'subsidise' motorists!

Road repairs are paid for by Council Tax.

The exception is that the Highways Agency deals with motoway repairs (which cyclists are forbidden from using).

If a cyclist damaged your vehicle and it wasn't your fault, there no reason why you can't pursue the cycist through the small claims court

  • The problem is, insurance for cyclists wouldn't work.

In order to know whether someone has paid, you'd have to have some form of registration system to link the bike to the cyclist.

Otherwise a cyclist could break your wing mirror and ride off because you can't identify them.

A registration system would be rediculously expensive, and it would probably be the motorist who'd have to subsidise it.

    And when do you pay?

Does the 7 year-old riding her first bike on the curl-de-sac pay?

  • lmao how the door explodes.

  • mm boobs

  • Her rear wheel is totally flat, and her helmet is not tight enough to be effective. Interesting choices for a PSA. I like the fireworks, obviously.

  • Why are you not instructing cyclists to stay outside the door zone?

  • @CyclistLorax And in the way of the car driving psycho behind?

  • @catbells69 - In the way? Faster traffic always has to deal with slower traffic. It's called passing; have you heard of it? Motorists are much more likely to miss a cyclist in the door zone than run over one that is controlling a lane. That's why riding in the door zone is a poor risk trade.

  • @CyclistLorax Trust me, if you ride as per (American) instructional videos on Youtube, whoever is behind you will make their presence felt. Controlling the lane will get you labelled as 'arrogant cyclist thinks they own the road'. British roads tend to narrower then that in the US.

  • @catbells69 - I've logged well over 100k miles on major arterials controlling lanes, shot many hundreds of hours of video showing what happens, and the overwhelming majority of motorists slow or change lanes to pass. This is normal driver behavior. I fail to see how your view of British drivers is relevant to this US video.

  • @CyclistLorax Because the problem of opening doors is everywhere and because British car drivers are less tolerant than in the US, they are angered if you give yourself room to avoid car doors. I used to live in Canada and the motorists there are calm and mild in comparison. What should be normal driver behaviour is not exhibited in my experience of UK roads.

  • @catbells69 I think you are wrong. Some UK drivers don't like you staying out of the door zone, but that's not really different to American ones. Most deal with it just fine when you use proper vehicular cycling techniques.

  • @CyclingMikey I'll quote you, "I think you are wrong". I'm sick of having them right up my arse, horns beeping, then swearing when they do pass.

  • @catbells69 Well, that can be a pain, but it's not so common, and still much less dangerous than riding in the door zone.

  • "I'm OK, but the door caught on fire..." -- lol.

  • rear tire looks flat? lol

  • well if your bike weighed enough to pack that kind of punch the tire would look flat.

  • Hi larious
