  • @murronius u like most conspiracists just include in the conspiracy the ones debunkiing evidence.

  • The body count at jennymccarthybodycount is up to 867.

  • I can see that all you Vaccine Proponents are totally up to date on your vaccines ... Your perfectly gullible and Naive...

  • Seems to me that you have all lost the sight of reality... The pharmas have the motivation (profit)... Billions per vaccine... mothers have ridicule to gain and doctors loss of license... The pharmas also have a lot to lose if the link is proven... I mean just look at the difference in motive... Mothers have less than nothing to gain pharmas have everything to gain and everything to lose... wow... That alone would make any normal human being with normal non- vaccinated brains suspicious...

  • @OldSchoolSkill The fact that they do not have to be honest and have the money to lobby virtually everyone to see things their way, may not make them guilty of lying about their vaccines... It does however establish motive... This is obvious fact and elephant in the room seems to pass right by everyone who is a vaccine proponent ... Yet the people who have seen their children have a severe fever after being vaccinated and then become autistic immediately after have ridicule to gain... hmmm

  • @OldSchoolSkill Oh geez ... Doctors Vaccinating or not vaccinating their children means absolutely nothing... Seriously... Only facts matter... One fact is... there is nothing forcing any pharma company to be honest.. they have billions of capital at their disposal... They stand to make 100's of millions off each vaccine they can get the public to take... So tell me... What is forcing these companies to be ethical and not lie and cheat ? Tell me please someone please answer this one question lol

  • @murronius "Only facts matter... One fact is.. they have billions of capital at their disposal... ". Careful here, it's a two edge sword. There is more money in Autism, so by your logic it would be in the interests of big pharma to find a way to categories more symptoms as Autism - i have no evidence of this, but nor do you for your implication. Like you say, the facts matter, and these videos present the facts - but you still ignore them.

  • Tanks for posting Don. It won't change the minds of people who want o believe they have special knowledge but maybe a few inquisitive parents will opt to protect their children rather than follow a psuedoscientific herd that is motivated by the need to feel special even if their ideas kill people..

  • Wakefields research has been duplicated by others. Deer is a journalist who was hired to smear Wakefield, and Deer is not a doctor. Most of the books read by doctors are written by big pharma. Mercury is still in vaccines, especially in the flu shot. Autism has gone from 1 in 50k kids in the 60's to 1 in 62 today. Vaccines cause autism, allergies, asthma, paralysis and death. Measels is not a deadly disease for most. Vaccines do more harm then measels. I am not a herd cow, I have a choice.

  • @briankofke I'm Autistic and I know that's false. Vaccines don't cause anything that you mentioned. "Deer is not a doctor", and that it why his "studies" don't matter. Ray Comfort has no knowledge of biology, does that make his claims (lies) against evolution any more accurate? "Most of the books read by doctors are written by big pharma", no they aren't, the reason Autism rates are higher then in 1960 is because people with autistic genes reproduce more then before, so more kids get it.

  • @TheBlitMaster I am so sorry for you. The vaccines have clearly damaged your brain and you are not capable of rational thought to a point that you defend the very thing that has injured you.

  • @briankofke No, my family has a history of autism. I have medical papers and documentation that proves it too. I am not so deprived of rational thinking that I would defend criminals, and ignorant individuals on subjects like you are. My grandmother never got my sister vaccinated because she believed guys like Deer, my senile granny was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and my sister has many cripples and severe mental retardation. I got vaccinated and am fine, despite my Autism and Dyslexia.

  • @TheBlitMaster And your family has a history of vaccines as well. Simpsonwood meetings prove that vaccines cause autism as does the fact that in 1960 1 out of 500,000 children had austism and today it is 1 in 60. You are seriously misinformed concerning this issue and I am not sure if it is because of your autism or cognitive dissonance. You will never be able to convince me of the lie you live in because I have done my homework and know the truth; vaccines cause autism.

  • @briankofke Go read a biology book and get your head out of your ass. I find it funny that an Autistic child is smarter than you. Oh and no, my mother and father never got vaccinated either. I am the only person in my family besides my Uncle to get vaccinated, my mom's dead, my father's psychotic, my sister's a retarded cripple, my brother's an antisocial pothead, I'm fine, and my uncle's a millionaire and all had autism. The two that ended up fine are me and my uncle, whom also got vaccinated.

  • @briankofke The rates were lower (but not 1 in 60 low, it's 1 in 110) because there wasn't as big of a study on all the symptoms of autism as there is now. Heart Attack rates were lower when we all thought they just died of old age, it doesn't mean they didn't die of heart attacks, but hardly anyone knew that they did. Same for autism, when more people become aware of something, the more people you will find have these symptoms, nobody said Bill Gates was Asperger's, but now we all know he is.

  • @briankofke Maybe autism wasn't often diagnosed in the 50s.

  • @briankofke Brian... it is because they are all up to date on their Vaccines... Wink Wink

  • @briankofke The rise of children diagnosed with Autism is due to the introduction of Autism spectrum disorders that includes more individuals than before. Wikipedia's article for "Epidemiology of autism" states that 6 in 1000 children have ASD, not 1 in 62.

  • @EudaemonicGirl Wikipedia is NOT a reliable source. Look at the CDC numbers, the AMA, WHO, ect... and you will see that the numbers I posted are pretty close if not right on.

  • Great vid Don..

  • So how many people has this man and his ilk killed in doing this?

  • This is sick, never underestimate the power of misinformation

  • Have looked at any of the vaccines that are given for the flu??

  • After a year, this video has only been seen by 23,000 people. That's a shame.

  • Is Wakefield related to Mengele?

  • I remember years ago, I played Oregon Trail 2. I remember the kinds of diseases the people in my traveling party got AND died from. Smallpox, measles, cholera, etc. (The diseases I named have vaccines) I don't even wanna think about the suffering people went through dealing with these disease or it's consequences -even if they aren't real. Vaccinations have helped us in the present day not have to suffer what people had to deal with in the past. It's a vaccine that put smallpox in a grave.

  • i never got the vackines and i am ok..those silly evilutionist doctors said i was bain dramages from the sicknessess but they are wrong like they are wrong about evilution

  • @NephilimfreePHD Huh? What sort of doctors?

  • DonExodus2 you are the man...thanks for the great information..... if you save one kid it was worth the effort ... well done sir.

  • It's funny my Anatomy and Physiology teacher didn't vaccinate his kids not because of the autism scare but because he thinks vaccines are unnecessary. He's a chiropractor with a Phd in neuropathy.

  • @BloodEagle23 May I whack your science teacher?

  • @BloodEagle23 Well being ignorant of a fraud occuring of course, he's smart, he just doesn't know

  • @BloodEagle23 neuropathy is dysfunction of the peripheral nerves...... So he has a phd in a particular type of brain damage?

  • @nospacesallowed Yeah I know that, thanks. That's what he said. Maybe a neuroscience degree with an emphasis on neuropathy.

  • Why am I not subscribed to you?

  • OMFG.

  • It really is nice to know that there really isn't something wrong with me. Well, there is, but there's nothing that I can do about it. When I was diagnosed with Aspergers when I was 12 it was a major change in my life. Everyone started treating me differently and my mom blamed herself for making her daughter have Autism. Sometimes I wonder what it's like to be normal. But at the same time, it's what makes me who I am. And it's a natural part of me and now no one can say otherwise.

  • @twilightguardian "Normal" is a perspective. Normal to me is having to go to physical therapy for an hour a day to a shoulder injury. Normal to my friend in Ohio is having to take medicine for her epilepsy. Besides, if everyone's "normal" was the same, what kind of shitty, boring world would we live in?

  • @HimesInu The 50's stereotype?

  • @twilightguardian Yeah, the 50s' stereotype. But even in the 50s' stereotype you had those people who were "different."

  • @HimesInu They were frowned upon though for the most part. Because everyone had to be clones of each other. That's how I felt in school, actually. : P

But I like being different than other people. I just wonder what it would be like to be what society would consider "normal" as in not have a disability or disorder.

  • @twilightguardian Well, we wouldn't have much science, since we wouldn't need to cure anything. Or, the science we would have would go strictly for entertainment. I exclude war because war causes disabilities and disorders.

  • My sister happens to be one of these people who bought into this whole thing about MMR, (she also happens to be a god fearing, fox news watching, lefty), but thats not the point, my point or more like question is; how can you get through to these folks who, like my sister, refuses to listen?

  • @MissKatetastic I asked the same question of Creationists. You wanna know my answer? You can't. no matter how much evidence you show them, they will turn a blind eye and say you're wrong. (And when you say "left," are you talking politics? If you are, I think you meant righty. Specially if she believes everything Fox says.)

  • @HimesInu oops...don't know where my head was on that one, i did mean righty.

  • @MissKatetastic Need to make sure everyone's on the same page.

  • I've really missed your videos man(meaning I've been gone, not DonExodus). Glad to hear you dropped the god glasses. Knew you could do it.

  • I love this video cause it highlights the distortion of science from intelligent debate and experiment to fear and misinformation. But most of all it reminds me to question and seek different opinions because the media won't do it for us.

  • This makes me very cynical about the marketplace of ideas. Creationists, 9-11 "truthers", Obama "birthers", holocaust deniers, moon landing deniers, and all the other malicious attention-seekers cause endless damage without consequence. We need more websites like Jennymccarthybodycount.

  • I never got the Pertussis vaccination and developed Whooping cough when i was a kid. My mom had always told me that I was allergic to Pertussis and I've always listed it as something I was allergic to on forms at the doctor's office. While researching the current vaccine scare, I found out that there was a vaccine scare back in the 70s that involved Pertussis.. It's weird to find out something you've always believed isn't true. I'm almost 100% sure i'm NOT allergic to Pertussis.

  • well done sir!

  • Thanks for your efforts.

I would just like to point out the comparative viewer counts of part one and part two:

    Vaccines & Autism Part 1: > 95,000 views

    Vaccines & Autism Part 2: > 21,000 views

Imho that makes about 74,000 superficial personalities who found it too hard to follow the first video and never even bothered to take a look at the second.

Isn't there a graph in the statistics that shows at what point the viewers interest plummets? These 74,000 must have been lost somewhere.

  • Very important video...not only is the measles on the rise but pertussis as well, I am an RN working with premature neonates and have seen firsthand what the ignorance about vaccines are doing to harm this next generation, fortunately education and armed with good evidence will help turn the tide......great video!

  • "It's a conspiracy theory!"

Oh wait, it is a conspiracy, the fucking cunt did break the law... Still, shame on you for educating people, Don.

  • My daughter was born right around the time that Jenny McCarthy (among others) began their campaign. I became filled with fear and suspicion, which I expressed to her pediatrician. He nodded understandingly, and asked me if I would bring in the "overwhelming evidence" that fueled my fear on our next visit. I took his request seriously and my search into the matter left me doubtful of the anti-vacciners(?) enough to allow her to get her shots. Your video is important. Thank you for sharing!

  • Thanks for posting this vid.

While I was aware the the original study was discredited, I was astounded at the lack of airtime (and column inches) given by the news channels here in the UK about the un-ethical, flawed methodology of Wakefields' study. Especially when compared to the almost hysterical reaction when this paper was first published!

  • while bill maher is an intellegent guy hes wrong to in this case. he is against vaccination and medication. so in this regard he is not thinking logically

  • It's too bad Wakefield can't be charged with what amounts to mass murder.

  • i shared this with a coworker whos inlaws buy into all types of pseudo science when you first uploaded it. now i guess some european mag did a story about it a few days ago. it is completely pathetic that you get news on utube from some random guy smiley(no offense) 6 months before the mainstream media. i love your channel, but your not a journalist and shouldn't have do their job. no wonder MSM hates wikileaks, they're the only ones doing real journalism.

  • Videos such as this often mention measles but not mumps or rubella. Is this because the latter two are insignificant? Would it be okay to just get a measles vaccination?

  • @TheRationalizer I've heard a personal account describing mumps as the worst illness experience, in addition I believe mumps and rubella can cause infertility in females, but depending where you live you might not be likely to get them unless you go to eastern Europe or central/south America.

  • @595o Mumps may be a real drag, but i doubt people want to trade it for necrotizing fasciitis or ebola.

  • Thanks for this Don. I have an autistic son probably asby. My wife became very concerned about the MMR vacine but it quickly became clear to me that the study that caused this mess was flawed. We went ahead and had our son vaccinated. I am always astounded that the same people who willingly accept the power of prayer are able to dismiss empirical evidence casually. It is a very painful thing to hear your child has some kind of developmental problem. My boy is doing well.

  • we need a mandatory vaccine initiative.........

any one who disagrees gets branded on the forehead, being labeled.......dangerous......

  • I see 11 people that gave this video a "thumbs down". Who would do that and why?

  • @Dizzypointed Any guy drooling over the dUmbsh!T playboy bunny, for obvious reasons.

  • @Jenawahrheit You should be aware that mercury is no longer used in a great many vaccines, and as the part-one video stated, areas that removed thimoserol (the part that contains the mercury) have no visible difference in autism. On top of that, mercury's danger comes from the fact that pure mercury does not interact well with biochemistry, making it hard for the body to filter out, which allows buildup. However, thimoserol digests into ethylmercury, which leaves the body in about six days.

  • Autism/mercury? Are you a creationist by any chance?

  • @mmmmmarcus how can mercury be the cure for anything.........

    its fucking toxic!

    definitely creationist/scientologist

  • It boggles my mind that so many parents have fallen for this crap... now we have a whooping cough outbreak at my daughter's elementary school here in TX. Sigh. Putting the vax'd kids at risk because you believe bad science really ticks me off.

  • They're idiots; everyone knows it's Minecraft that causes autism...

  • @stefhenhaires i'm autistic and i don't play minecraft, although i have been watching a lot of vids about it lately.

  • "Studies have shown that while the oral polio vaccine contains three strains of polio virus, a fourth strain can be cultured from the faeces of vaccine recipients. This indicates that viruses have recombined and formed a new strain in the process of vaccination." -Virology, 1993.

  • Put the following in Youtube and watch these videos. Bill Gates says in this video "If we do a really great job on new vaccines, we can lower the population by perhaps 10 or 15 percent. Have fun with your vaccines.

    Enough Said.

    1. "Bill Gates Admits Vaccines Are Used for Human Depopulation"

    2. "Bill Gates EXPOSED! Wants Depopulation Through Vaccines!"

  • @mm73735 You are Quote mining the video watch the whole 20 minute video you simplistic moro.

  • @mm73735 He means that by lowering the mortality rate of infants and children, the need for excess births to ensure the family line will be reduced. Not that it will make some infertile or kill anyone. Pay attention.

  • @mm73735 Your comment was removed this is the video where that quote comes from. type this in to youtube ted talks bill gates

     Watch the whole thing!

  • @mm73735 I saw the video and you are simply misinterpreting his words. In short, if you simply modernise people they will have less children.

  • "If we look closely, we realise that health for all, according to the WHO, means medicalization and vaccinations for all. That is to say sickness for all." -- Guylaine Lanctot, M.D.

"The incidence of asthma has been found to be five times more common in vaccinated children." -The Lancet, 1994.

  • "If we look closely, we realise that health for all, according to the WHO, means medicalization and vaccinations for all. That is to say sickness for all." -- Guylaine Lanctot, M.D.

  • Andrew Wakefield should be charged with 515 counts of criminal negligent homicide.

  • I love you Don!! :-)

    Always informative and fun videos.

  • I have autism and when my mom first heard about the MMR = Autism fiasco my mom got pissed, but i still had both MMR's so it's okay.

  • @FromDimmuLand How do you watch a video like this and still are off in conspiracy land? What the hell is your mental malfunction?

  • It's interesting that the first part has 60k views while this has 20k. So I presume people just refuse to listen to the whole video?

  • @Octamed The first part has so many views because the title of the video can sound like the author is an anti-vaccine type, so lots of anti-vaccine people click on the first video, hear something they don't want to hear, and then move on.

  • @christo930 Ironic that they're the exact people who need to see videos like this, but they refuse to watch. It's strange when people decide on something and then refuse to change their minds to the point they won't even listen to the other side. They're one step away from full on conspiracy nutters.

  • Vaccine IS virus , and any one who say otherwise is >IS< lieing, or just an Idiot, IDIOT !

  • @FromDimmuLand

Yes a vaccine is a *weakened* version of the virus being inoculated for. What it is doing is introducing the virus into the body so the body can make antibodies for that virus. If that person later gets the full strength virus the body already has the antibodies and the virus can be stopped before it multiplies into the condition.

Your comment while true, seemed to be little more then scare mongering.

  • @Knightyme Yes, the Object of the Game is to NOT getting that virus in your body, pretty sumb and go out and pay for the virus...Plus all the crap that is in it ..

The pure strain is much helthier for you , and the dead virus can lay(?) dorment in your body for years and mutate to a much worse version, I dont see the point ...

  • @FromDimmuLand do you understand how virus' and the bodies defences work?

  • @Octamed I have NO CLUE, I just felt like talking crap on you tube ..

This is when you are going to teach me that there are NOT virus in the Vaccines !

Like the Flu, let it be, the Flu is a Good thing for your body, it is like you sitt on the sofa all day watching tv, you become useless, same with the bodys immune system , it needs to exorsize...( Sorry for english)...

  • @FromDimmuLand

Each virus has particular proteins sticking out, different viri, even on different versions of the same virus. It is the protein markers on the virus is what the body detects and makes antibodies based on those markers.

If a person is not vaccinated, then if they get the full strength virus the body has little or no defense, and no time to make enough antibodies fast enough, so people end up sicker for longer then they otherwise would have.

  • "Briandeer?"

  • If I ever heard of someone refusing to vaccinate their child out of fear of autism or Wakefield's crimes and lies I'll be sure to link them to this video, it's extremely informative and still easily understandable, thank you for making it

  • @Zeruel3 in the UK there was a whole measles epidemic because those lies.

  • Where did these 500 deaths take place? Not in the UK, as there were only 14 deaths from measles from 1998-2008. There were actually more measles deaths in the UK in the 10 years preceding Wakefield's study than the 10 years after it. I am looking for the deaths. Help me out, please.

  • @thetruthergirls Well, the Polio Vaccine had Soft Tissue Cancer Viruses in it, and it was rumourded that is was Sexually Transmitted..

Lets say your ,mother had Polio Vaccine, she get Cancer Virus, and it could be transmitted to your Fatrher , and since it ins transGenetic, it would go on to you !

Perfect Mass-Kill Weapon, but, I understand it by the idiot talking that I should take the Shot and Kill all of my Off-Spring, just Like Bill Gates wants.

    Am I wrong?

    Oswald was Mary's BodyGuard.

  • very good stuff, Aronra recommended you to me!

    godly

    : P

  • Pretty dumb statement Don , Why are other vaccinated children at risk if they are vaccinated ? Now that clearly do not make any sense.

Why vaccinate if it does'nt keep them from getting the disease it is made to protect them from ?? Sounds like nonsense !!!

  • @FromDimmuLand Recombinant viruses. Every person harboring a virus they could have been vaccinated against becomes a "mixing bowl" for the recombination of two or more viruses. It is what viruses do. This is exactly how new viral strains emerge to threaten everyone.

  • @Stromatolite577 I see that in the new seasonal flu shot, they have added H1N1 and h5n3 or somthing and the B-Virus.

I read that HIV and B-virues are linked in some research, im am not shore right now, I dont have any documents open here, but the Green Monkey business thing where Aids supposedly came from isnt true.. YouTube Dr. Robert Gallo..

  • @FromDimmuLand No, he's saying that unvaccinated children are at risk, because they are spreading the disease to each other. Obviously, there are people who cannot be vaccinated due to medical conditions. These people, however, number so few that it is unlikely that they transmit the disease to each other, as long as those who can be vaccinated are vaccinated.

  • at 5:55 you say "....some ignorant playmate's parents...." To assign blame to the proper source it should be "....some ignorant parents of one of their playmates....." not the child's fault their parents are f'ing morons!

  • this is deja vu, with a conversation i had with my "psychic" friend LOL, that tells people vaccines do more hard bullshit.

  • @AutismIsMercury lol retard.

  • @DonExodus2 Immature much?

  • @AutismIsMercury

    umm, cite?

  • @AutismIsMercury So nice, how you mix in antisemitism with a dash of bullshit pseudoscience.

You're as much of a scientist as jim carrey is, fuckwit.

Also, did you know that in August 2005, a 5 year old autistic boy was treated with chelation therapy. Which would, if autism was caused by mercury poisoning, cure him. The faulty EDTA used caused him to go into hypocalcemia which led to cardiac arrest and death.

  • @AutismIsMercury Yoh dimwit! I was born with autism and I've never touched mercury in my life. There is no cure for autism btw otherwise I would've taken it long ago. Thanks for playing, now fuck off.

  • @AutismIsMercury Yea because the Nazis were such bigs fans of autidstic and disabled kids, weren't they?

  • I sent this to my parents because I think that they're really ignorant about medicine. They still believe in homeopathy, for crying out loud.

  • @ChurchOfArceus

    Jesus christ...

  • @opmike343 - Yeah. I live with a bunch of psychos. xD

  • Yay Fyodor Dostoevsky reference :D It's sad how one man's greed causes deaths and it's too bad parents don't realize that vaccinations save and don't cause autism.

  • @AutismIsMercury Well then lucky for you, it isn't used in vaccines any more. And, since the video clearly didn't get it through to you, autism has nothing to do with vaccines or thiomersal, so your name is idiotic.

  • @AutismIsMercury

I find it amazing that someone can watch a video detailing the criminal actions that led to their conspiracy theory, and fail to grasp that the entire issue was one man's fabrication... for money. They risk their children on the word of a con man.

    .

Freedom of Speech comes with a caveat. Unfortunately there are people just too stupid to exercise the freedom to listen.

  • @AutismIsMercury Guess what. You get a HELL of a lot more mercury from eating fish than from ANY vaccine.

  • @AutismIsMercury The MMR vaccine has never contained thimerosal. Pediatric vaccines have been thimerosal free for over nine years. Even Sallie Bernard could not find any in 2001! See onibasu dot com/archives/am/27456.html

  • @tyrongkojy Right on.Not only that but the creation of the The autism spectrum and reclasssification of other conditions makes it seem that autism rates are higher.I am literally shocked at the ignorane and scientific illitericy of most people in the western world.

  • I hope they make a vaccine that prevents autism that'll make their fucking heads explode.

  • @FatherTime89 What?

  • @TAz69x They think vaccines cause autism but if there was one that CURED autism their heads will explode.

  • @tyrongkojy The swine flu only accounted for 20 percent of influenza related deaths during the season, It is not a superbug statistically speaking. There was a new incidents of panic with a new super bug in England which is also being over hyped. Its not that vaccines are bad, I am just curious about big pharma being greedy, and having corruption.

  • Don what do you think about the swine flu shots, not just the vaccine but how the media over hyped the whole incident.

  • @Unknow022

"but how the media over hyped the whole incident."

How so? You don't realize just how great of a danger a so-called super bug actually is.

    Therefore you are a retard.

  • @Unknow022 The media did not over-hype anything. Governments were rightly concerned and this is exactly what you saw reported.

  • Disgusting, slow the progress of humanity, and risk the lives of the public for money.

  • Top notch video Don.

  • The problem is that each individual is unique. Each person has a different genetic makeup and thus immune response is likely to be different. the correct hypothesis is not that vaccines cause autism. The correct hypothesis is that vaccines can cause autism in certain predisposed individuals. Most likely due to an aberrant immune response. Epidemiological studies fail to address the unique characteristics. More research is needed.

  • @AStamer you are making an assumption that it is an immune response. it is known that it is not an immune response, but rather a genetic expression

  • @DeusExWhyZed I don't understand the statement because the Immune response is coded in genes. Part of the Immune tolerance is coded in the histocompatibility complex at chromosome 6.

  • @AStamer "The correct hypothesis is that vaccines can cause autism in certain predisposed individuals." No it would still show a correlation if that was the case.. The only way that wouldent show is if those "certain predisposed individuals" were for some mysterious reason not part of the random group that was tested.

Its only if you find a correlation that further studies would be needed to determine why certain individuals got it.

  • @AutismIsMercury "Mercury Poisoning AKA Autism"

The stupid, it burns. Mercury poisoning and autism are not remotely the same thing.

  • @JACKtheRIPP3R189 Autism and Mercury Poisoning are the same thing.

  • @AutismIsMercury You're an imbecile. Your claim could be refuted by anyone with a search engine. The symptoms for autism and the symptoms for mercury poisoning are not the same. Go sit in a corner, people as stupid as you have nothing valuable to contribute to society. Do autistic people exhibit problems with blood pressure, gum and tooth decay and bleeding, breathing problems? Maybe instead of broadcasting your ignorance you should use your head next time.

  • @AutismIsMercury To go on mercury isn't even found in most vaccines and when it is it is not present in anywhere near a toxic amount. To go on further thimerosal (the mercury compounds used in some vaccines) metabolizes into ethylmercury which does not accumulate in the body the way methylmercury does.

Just because you're an ignorant sheep doesn't give you a license to run around promoting idiotic fearmongering piffle.

  • @AutismIsMercury no its really not. google search fail

  • I've heard theres less mercury in a vacine then in a tuna sandwich. I can't find the actual statistics though to back this up.

  • @Houshalter Just go to the FDA website, they solid information there. At this point, I'm pretty sure there is more mercury in the air you breath than almost all vaccines. I think there are two routine vaccines that have "trace amounts" and only from a particular company (go the FDA for info). Some swine flu shot had mercury-salt in them though.

  • To be fair to Ms. McCarthy, she claims not to be anti-vax but to support a modified vaccination schedule. However, I doubt even that glimmer of sense resonates at all with her followers.

  • dude, wtf

  • @thinkppl That is what eventually changed Benjamin Franklin's mind on the topic of small pox vaccinations back in the 18th century. He was initially opposed to it, until he lost his first son, Francis, to the disease in 1736.

Our society has become so comfortable, spoiled, and intellectually lazy. Since we haven't had massive Black-Death-like epidemics where bodies are being stacked up like cord-wood in a while, it's easy for a Wakefield or a McCarthy to fool the fashionably ignorant.

  • @briankofke Wow! Anyone get the license plate of the logical fallacy we just got hit with? Tu Quoque? Strawman?

  • @AmericanCurmudgeon Yes, I did. The plate reads"DOJ-5-2-10". If a physician is pushing a medication that does harm he is liable for that harm under civil law. So yes, if you gave a vaccine that later can be proven to a jury of your peers to have done significant harm, then quid pro all you want chief.

  • @briankofke nice response to the evidence. The LANCET should have done its homework prior to publishing wakefeilds study. they FINALLY got around to it and retracted the paper. it is clear the author conducted serious scientific fraud, and that this fraud prompted the 'debate' we have today with vaccines. and with all that apparent, all you can say is the vid maker was brain damaged?? nice character assassination. be more useful in life and take up a job as a speed bump
