@cometin6968 If you quick travel you can get out... And I'm pretty sure you can't get the cure without the quest although it may be possible to skip ahead by using the SetStage console command for PC.

IF you have an xbox 360 + xbox live then download deepscorn hollow theres a piller that ask for "purge blood salt look in the corners of the room and search the rocks and get the purge blood salts and the activate the piller it will cure your vampirism

talk there then go to skingrad and talk to the high guy he sends you to a wich near cheydinhal she needs a few ingriedients and 5 empty grand soul gems go to each mage guild and you wil have the gems soon

i know a cure for vampirism but it resets your stats. you keep your items and money but bring up the ` and type showracemenu you should be able to change what you are after it asks to confirm it you shouldnt be one anymore

no cure. you have to do the whole cure quest which is annoying as hell. But after you finish it and keep talking to the count about the reward he will continue to give you 1000 gold. This only works on the older versions of the game.

Yeah, if you are a "level 1" vampire (For level I mean the stage of the sickness) you can walk without problems the day...but, if the sickness is on an andvanced stage, the damage increase as well.

The stats are like this:
