@MrBrizmako Yeah I actually DIDN'T want to film this song out of all his songs, simply because I firgured that every person and their dog would be filming this song. But I hate having a song start and THEN pushing record once i know which song it is. Missing those first few seconds of a song live kills me! Well my friends and I were there 20 minutes before the doors opened, and because the whole concert room was an open floor, as soon as the doors opened and you got through, you just ran (or adultly brisk walked) as quick as you could to the front of everyone to get closer to the stage.
but as a guide for other gigs, I try to get there at least an hour and a half before doors open.

(yes, the original video is a wonky one for sure!). There's something down to earth and calmly real about Him hey, and if you haven't heard his album before this one "drawing blood" then GET IT! That's the album i first heard of him, and the song 'heart's a mess' is my favourite. you're welcome!
@mdma111 Hey hey, ahhh thanks, i was shooting on my new (and FIRST EVER) dslr my Canon 600D. It was a 50mm 1.8 lens to help give the nice tight depth of field (ooh i love that lens, but i wish it came with image stabilisation for video!). and i've been doing filming for years now, so hopefully that helped with my skill of framing, ha! I'm glad you liked it.
@jozaeh Nice, I have the 60D... the screens on the 600D/60D are great for video. I have that 50mm too, great in low light. Unfortunately no 50mm primes come with image stabilisation, not even the f/1.2 L version.
it always takes 2 to tango...sometimes more than 2 and this time it was super sick.i just can't imagine how it would sound with let's say 10 000 chicks instead of 20...could be EPIC ;>cheers.
