It's live from the Lyceum in London and the year is 1984, the dvd is not officially released (a limited edition was realesed in the 80's) so you can find a copy on ebay and other auction sites

I f-ing love this song. I saw them in Östersund, Sweden, yesterday as a part of the Crimson Idol tour... that's an awesome record and it was a good performance. But I must say seeing this clip makes me wish that I had been in my teens during the 80s.
