can we alter the construct of an adolescent whose brain and self regulatory skills have not correctly developed at earlier stages i.e. it's no longer preventative as its happened, but can intervention help the brain to develop in the later stages of adolescence?

Great video! Its amazing that they keep coming up with more research, but never really put more people to work in the classrooms that deal with these people. One teacher 25 students, getting paid 35-45 thousand. Five researchers working on an obvious problem, getting paid 80-100 thousand each. Doesn't make sense. If we put more money into helping the people who actually work, America will see improvements.
