@intellegentz...don't know that lowes or home depot would cut it but most lumber yards do. I assembled it using screws for everything. Go to my channel where I have a howto video.
Sp 3" PVC and cross members? I dont know a whole lot but you just used screwed to fasten it all together? How did you cut in half? Could lowes or home depot cut in half for me?
