What I meant was Saber is always called Saber in the game, while her actual name is Arturia, Arthur, and Gilgamesh is not once named otherwise. In the games fights, at least, and character select. In story mode he is called Archer once or twice.

Alter Saber is by far the strongest and best character in the game. O_o... She has a never ending combo of up slash, dash, cancel, up slash. The enemy will never fall and only continue to be beat.

@project0omega she got a grail of somesort sakura as her master but since gillgamesh alaready touch the grail he is somesort imune but still very powerful
Sakura becomes one with the holy grail and absorbs saber and brings her back as Dark saber in Fate/Heavens Feel she also shows up again in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia
Nah...One the main reasons Gil likes Saber is because Saber is a noble and righteous good girl (Opposites attract) that he can have fun with by teasing and tormenting her proud ego. With Saber Alter, he couldn't do that and his interaction with her would lose its fun, and he'd probably be just as bored with Alter as he is with any other Mongrel.
THe point is all Servants consumed by Dark Sakura gains extremely offensive power boost..but they lose logic and are mere shadows of their former selves
Stats are basically the same as with Saber contracted to Rin (no more mana problem) except Agility and Luck are lowered whereas her Magical Energy supply is greater.
Magic Resistance is lowered and Riding skill is lost.
The Shadow's corruption fills her with rage, and suppressing it contsantly blunts her instincts (the sole reason she won a number of her fights as Shirou's Servant).
And her logic and reasoning remain completely intact.
Saber Alter is ridiculously strong. Even with only 100% magic circuit, its possible to do a 5000+ damage combo with relative ease. Her downside is her slow speed and somewhat lack of range in her attacks.

Gilgamesh is Archer class, so it would be Saber = Arthur, Archer = Gilgamesh.

She changes in to Dark Saber (Saber Alter) in the Heavens Feel route of the Visual novel.
Not in the anime, or the manga, I think.

Nice to see another group of people playing F/UC.
I always find it really hard to use Gilgamesh...;; As for Saber Alter, she's just ludicrously strong... that's why I like her.
Although I use Leysritt above all.
