Units in AOE don't fight in tight formations like that. Looks more like Total War XD Roman Scipii and Julii Factions in Civil War. With flaming arrows enabled, they easily routed the enemy forces. It also looks like the "Red" troops were trying a flanking maneuver but were repulsed. Great vid though.
