That AR cannot be part and must be remove immediately from the USSF, his actions clearly violated the Referee Code of Ethics. I asked before where this game took place, because as a National Assessor and Assignor, I would like to know if this referee is currently certified.
@Stinger49 actually, if he is registered with the USSF as a referee (which I assume he is based on his badge) he could potentially lose his certification for violating the Referee Code of Ethics. i.e. He would no longer be qualified to ref in an official setting. I truly hope he is no longer reffing. That performance was a disgrace to the Federation, and the game of futbol itself.

I was the ball boy at a UGA (University of Georgia) soccer game. UGA played
U South Carolina. The coach of the USC club saw me spinning the ball in my hands and called over the refs to accuse me of tampering with the ball. He kept on yelling, "Fuckin' A! HE'S MESSING WITH THE GODDAMN BALL!"
The refs checked out the ball and saw that nothing was wrong.

Fifty dollars are you kidding me? CR'S in USL DIVISON TWO are lucky to get that. If it was HS he would maybe make thirty five to forty. Trust me the CR for this game maybe made $30 and the AR probably made about $15. At U-16 you are certinly not being paid fifty a match. Maybe if it is ODP soccer you will make that much. Because USL DIVISON ONE only makes about $100 a match.

What happened to soccer? Back in the day when I played, the Main ref would of simply switch the dude to the other sideline with the other line judge. Call me old fashion, but I am used to four steps for a goalie (taking it to the top of the box is for the bush league), and NO DIVES (we would play through and score on over half of these dives I see now days). Bring at least 300 cause it takes more than the wind to knock down SALDOG.
Interesting that all we get to see is the linesman's response, creative editing. I'd be very interested to hear what the coach had to say that set this guy off in the first place.
Horrible behavior across the board. First and foremost by the linesman, however also by the referee not resolving the problem and certainly the coaches are not as innocent as I'm sure they claimed to be following the match.
You can't really hear anything... The coach is pretty quiet. He certainly didn't say anything that bad that I could hear, or that is in any of the tape. What you don't see is that the linesman makes a call and the center ref ignores him right after the first part. I think the coach commented leading to the meltdown.
This is sad because when this happenend ,the Center Referee should have dismmised the Coach for Irresponable behavor Not to tell the Asst Referee to go back to the touchline as if nothing had happenend.
Also,why was the Referee was wearing long sleves with a Hat and the AR was wearing short slevves?

as an official i have to disagree with you. the coach did nothing wrong. the coach could not be dissmissed for anything as he did nothing wrong, if any one should have been dismissed it should be the ar and he should have his lincese taken away from him that is horrible.
I don't know a lot about soccer, However, If the referee is getting harrassed by a coach or fans can he not give them a yellow card. I assume that is the equivalent to a technical foul in basketball(Someone correct me if I am wrong). That would be a lot better than yelling that stuff in front of young children.
The laws of the game state that the only people that may be carded in a football "soccer" match are players, substitutes and substituted players. I dont know if this league has a by law that says coaches can be carded or not, But as per FIFA'S laws of the game a team official may not be carded.
This happened in Illinois, and the AR as far as I know is most likely going to lose his referee liscense. It is terrible that he would acually act like that.

geez ive seen refs go off but not at all like that, that was insane, they all need to be expelled from the game. my coach got suspened from coaching my team for 5 whole years but its all a misunderstanding kind of like this but the state listenenedd to a lil 7 year old boy instead of many many witnesses defending my coach

Dude, you have no clue what was going on. The ref should've had a word with the coaches, and the kid. He clearly could not continue, the ref should've done someth about it.

as a ref, i appologize on behalf of everyone that was at that match. If I was the center at that match I would have dismissed my AR called the assignor and reported him. I would have just asked the team for a clublines men

What happened to soccer? Back in the day when I played, the Main ref would of simply switch the dude to the other sideline with the other line judge. Call me old fashion, but I am used to four steps for a goalie (taking it to the top of the box is for the bush league), and NO DIVES (we would play through and score on over half of these dives I see now days). Bring at least 300 cause it takes more than the wind to knock down SALDOG.

Interesting that all we get to see is the linesman's response, creative editing. I'd be very interested to hear what the coach had to say that set this guy off in the first place.
Horrible behavior across the board. First and foremost by the linesman, however also by the referee not resolving the problem and certainly the coaches are not as innocent as I'm sure they claimed to be following the match.

You can't really hear anything... The coach is pretty quiet. He certainly didn't say anything that bad that I could hear, or that is in any of the tape. What you don't see is that the linesman makes a call and the center ref ignores him right after the first part. I think the coach commented leading to the meltdown.

This is sad because when this happenend ,the Center Referee should have dismmised the Coach for Irresponable behavor Not to tell the Asst Referee to go back to the touchline as if nothing had happenend.
Also,why was the Referee was wearing long sleves with a Hat and the AR was wearing short slevves?
The center Referee did not do his job by backing up the AR even though that the AR was a horror show.

as an official i have to disagree with you. the coach did nothing wrong. the coach could not be dissmissed for anything as he did nothing wrong, if any one should have been dismissed it should be the ar and he should have his lincese taken away from him that is horrible.

I don't know a lot about soccer, However, If the referee is getting harrassed by a coach or fans can he not give them a yellow card. I assume that is the equivalent to a technical foul in basketball(Someone correct me if I am wrong). That would be a lot better than yelling that stuff in front of young children.

The laws of the game state that the only people that may be carded in a football "soccer" match are players, substitutes and substituted players. I dont know if this league has a by law that says coaches can be carded or not, But as per FIFA'S laws of the game a team official may not be carded.

This happened in Illinois, and the AR as far as I know is most likely going to lose his referee liscense. It is terrible that he would acually act like that.

lol's americans get so up tight on things and the ref shoulda sent the coach away they are allowed to do that and he shoulda been reported to the league for that and he or the team could of been chuck outta the league
