Ohio Mom Jailed for Sending Her Kids to a Better School!

I tried to register my son in a private school that wasn't in my district, thinking that because I could afford the tuition it would be ok....NOPE !! not the case. I could not believe the excuses I was given. Ppl lie about their residence all the time to get into certain colleges, etc....but to JAIL a PARENT for that is EXTREME. Isn't that more harmful than the act committed. Woww!

@HappyHooker83 ...There WERE white kids who got kicked out the same way... the school reported that they caught several other families doing the same thing Williams-Bolar was doing, the only difference was that they accepted the consequences and stopped blaming it on anyone else.

I don't get why everyone thinks this is a race issue. Go to any nice public school, they'll tell you that all races try to get away with this and get caught. Williams-Bolar just needs to accept responsibility.
