I duel some1 with a bunch of 70-card sorted out decks by type, warrior deck has these 2 cards: d-hero fear monger, and ansatsu, as a example of 2 random cards from that deck. you could easily beat him, and i can too, although, he begs me to spare him for 10 turns, then he does something like have me attack and spare until he can use blasting the ruins lol.
Man, a deck isn't all about the monster with the stronger attack. What if your opponent activates a card like: Messenger of Peace. With that card you wouldn't attack anymore. You need a strategy.
a deck is supposed to back up eachother....for example kaiba used dragons and dragon related cards....like "lord of D."...like when u have all fiend type monsters better have fiend equip cards or cards that can back them up....not a card that can give defense to dinos...you need a base and tacticts........

I don't get why there is no toon world in your deck? You know you can't summon any of your three Toon Gemini Elves or 3 Toon Goblin Attack Forces if you have no toon world in your deck.. Not a bad deck though
you know skill drain contradicts with most of your deck if your gonna build a deck with monarchs in it just build a standard monarch deck and you have alot of tribute monsters in your deck, or unsearchable, im not tryin to flame but im just saying
running more low level monsters with high attack, big monsters that can easily summon and clearing the opponent side of the field is a base strategy in beatdowns(in your case "power deck"). so, try focusing your cards to a certain theme or strategy...

Skill drain is a hindrance to your monarchs, you don't have that many DM supports or spellcaster supports, so i'd throw out DM and make a separate spellcaster deck with high supports..you have a few good normies, try running a normies deck, it worked really well for me.

Nice deck. I realize it isn't finished, but I have a few quick comments: You have Mausoleum to summon your high-levels, but only Red Medicine for regaining the spent life. You have Skill Drain, but that would hurt your Monarchs, who are mostly good for their effects. Good video, but you were right about the music, I can barely hear you over it.
I'm gonna get final attack orders and dian keto for this deck and skill drain doesn't completely harm the monarchs as their effects have a tendency to backfire.

Most of the monarchs require you to destroy a monster or a card on the field when they're summoned if the are the only one or your opponents doesn't have the required cards to destroy then they could end up destroying stuff on your field or even themselves.
Granmarg destroys one facedown card. If there aren't any the effect is ignored. Raiza returns one card to the top of the owner's deck. Yes, a problem if he is the only card in play. Zaborg destroys one monster on the field. Yes, himself if necessary. Caius removes a card from play, himself if there is no choice, but if you remove him it will do 1000 pts to your opponent. Mobius, Kuraz, and Thestalos are safe. Skill Drain could help Kuraz. If played after he is summoned he can attack that turn.
Part 2: I ran out of space before, but I wanted to say that without their effects, Monarchs are just average level 6 monsters. They can be summoned in face-down defense position, and their effects will not trigger, even if flipped face-up. Since you have a lot of tribute monsters, and would probably use Mausoleum a lot, add Life Absorbing Machine. I have to agree with XneoXJudaiX, in that Dark Magician does you little good. He's a poor level 7 on his own. Try some big level 4 monsters instead.
