  • what an excellent performance- simply amazing.........

  • JEFF LYNNE THE BEST WRITER AND PRODUCER EVER!!!

  • The most beautiful, talented and elegant woman ever to grace the Earth.

  • If only we had more ELO and Abba together. One could only wonder what might have been!!!

  • Unmistakeable tones of Jeff Lynne.

  • Amazing performance

  • Awesome upload. Agnetha has done some superb solo work, this is a good example! She looks beautiful!

  • Agnetha, the star, the most lovely, the amzing angel.

  • There is no music like Abba and there will never be a woman more beautiful than Agnetha.

  • Here we see that the individual members of ABBA were all superb artists in their own right. Thats why they were so marvellous together.

  • @K1SSMYGLASS What a fABBAlous comment, I could not agree more!

  • Wow!!!! Just amazingly how she just captures yoiu when she's on stage.

The sexiest singer in history, flawless talent and beauty.

The only mark on her is her songs without ABBA were nowhere near the level. The ABBA production was the perfect showcase. On her own her songs were bland and generic.

  • If I have to said 3 words, that will be: Agnetha is great. Thanks for sharing this moment of beautiful music with the globe.

  • Wow, she looks amazing. A natural woman.

  • I want her back... in my radio,tv,paper...everywhere!... :°-(

  • Agnetha looks stunning, beautiful. She is the angel of my dreams.

  • hi:

Althought is a Jeff Lynnes's production, no one singer in the world would get better perfomance than Agneha from Abba

  • Beautiful and natural women

  • GREAT sound ! Love the sax .Anyone know who sax player is?

  • The year was 1985

  • please what was the year of this??? thanks

  • So it's Dubbed, pre-recorded whatever, it's a great pop tune by a Beautiful Talented Singer of her Time. Please People take it for what it is. A Promotional Presentation of the Song. Dear me, why can't people either just enjoy or not enjoy the Artist/Song.

  • Great Jeff Lynne tune...

  • thanks for this. The most amazing looking woman on the planet. The song gives me goosebumps. Brilliant!!!

  • Agnetha does looks amazing, always.

  • super kobitka była z tej Agnethy

  • I'm with regiio on this one. Most of these Montreux performances are like any other TV apprearance, mimed. I have just uploaded Tears for Fears from this Montreux festival playing Head Over Heels and Roland IS singing live tho'.

  • She is perfect... Ella es perfecta...

  • Love The woman, the song, the Aura! Hope she lives forever! X

  • me encanta

  • i dont know this song. In my language this song name is; yksi tapa rakastaa, so beautiful name in this song. Wow, she is so old, she have beautiful face, but I dont like hair. : ) In 1980 and 2008 she was/is so beautiful. Shes my favourite Abba, I miss You Agnetha ! I love you.

  • this is one, if not the best song for the person you love who cant see how much you love and care. Its not a very good idea to show all your love at once ,because it can cut the mistery of "love". You need to always keep something to be discover in way to avoid monotony in a relation. You need to inspirate some curiosity always, injecting something fresh in order to prevent boring your love one.

  • wow come back Agnetha your music is brill better than the crap now in the charts

  • say3words, do you remember when & where this concert was held? Thank you. She's great isn't it? And still sings great! Of course, still a lovely woman. Thanks for the music, Agnetha! Thanks for this great video say3words.

  • HUGE SAXOPHONE

  • Is this one of the songs she did with Phil Collins which he produced.

  • Did some checking it was Frida who worked with Phil Collins.

  • Jeff Lynne (ELO) wrote the song. Eric Stewart (10cc) produced the song.

  • Trop top!

    Excellent!

    Merci pour ce live.

  • This is such a great song!

    I love it.

    Thanks

    Helen

  • One of Jeff Lynnes first productions out of ELO. Great Song, but unfortunatelly it didn't help Agnetha from ABBA to build up a new carrer after her time with ABB.

  • This is written by Jeff Lynne, but I don't think it's produced by him is it?

  • Yes , it's also produced by Jeff Lynne

  • Isay 3 words - I like it

  • I can't get enough of her. She is such a great singer. I love her eyes. Yes, it is a one way love.

  • Damned it! Even though I lived in Geneva then (and I still do) but I never heard Agnetha was at Montreux Jazz Festival. What a waste!

  • never herd anything from her till now great just love it

  • Great sound!

    Great voice!

    Great person!!!!

  • This song is just dripping of ELO. Love it!

  • Typical Jeff Lynne song from Electric Light Orchestra. I love it!

  • I'm going with this is the real deal, that it's really live. You can watch this clip over and over and see that everyone is nailing it as it's going down with no mistakes, nervousness or aprehension that you see on the obviously lypsynched variety show stuff. This is the Montreux Jazz Festival after all, not some canned tv show. Agnetha is one of those true talents who could nail it, and she had all the tools she needed by this point to make it happen.

  • Are you kidding me with this? She lip-synchs all the way through and her backing track is her complete original track (not faded at the end as on her record). The reason you can tell is that her own vocals, overdubbed by herself in some parts of the song, can't of course be done live unless she sings to her own backing track. And I'm sorry to say that Agnetha's vocals (or any other artist's) can't sound that polished when sung live.

Also you can see that the band mime the song behind her.

  • holy shit are you ill?

you mean the band sing the song??

    are you silly ?

    ohhh my god.....!?

    ill people

  • The band mime their instrument playing, dimwit! They fake play their instrument... Totally OD mate!

  • ohh mannnnnnnnn you are so silly!

in every *fucking* music video they only have the guitar.drums in they hand and than they always make a fake video (your you ......?)

    OHHHHH MAN!

PS:I will meet Agnetha trust me!

    Your Sina

  • Like the song ! Did you know this song was written and produced by ELO frontman Jeff Lynne ?

  • I remember the melody quit well. From "Rakt Över Disc"

P3 Swedish radio with the well known DJ Clabbe. Tahta was in 1985/86. Lasse Stang.

  • Magnetic! Charismatic! Dynamic! Agnetha! The harmony nails it to the wall!

  • Yes.Great song from a great album.

Bring back good memories this song.

  • Yes the whole album is fantastic.

  • The whole album this song comes from is fantastic.

  • I just love her voice. And think this song is 22 years old.

  • Perhaps this song can be her contribution to Hi-NRG musics.

  • How come she never sings live, but she always tries to make it loook like it's live!

  • at real concerts she always sang live. ABBA and Agnetha did sing live a few times on TV and appearences like that...but that's when they usually sang lip-synched.

  • She looks so much like Olivia Newton John, always thought they were very much alike, even the hairdo. Both of them can be bald still gorgeous girls.

  • is there no end to Jeff Lynne's talent. One of the best writers/producers of all time.

  • great Jeff Lynne Production...

  • Agnetha is the siren She's always been. I love the way she still bites her bottom lip.

  • Oh please, there are FEW hairstyles this LADY could wear that would not compliment hear natural beauty. With a sweetness in her eyes & smile that make her glow all the more. Maybe the rest of you need to open your eyes.

    Jeff

  • Agnetha was cool.....still is.....however, Frida always had the edge when it came to performance. They were just two great voices together and I don't think people could accept them otherwise unfortunately.

  • Agnetha looks stunning! The song is ok, bu not her best..

  • I like this song. Prolly beacasue it Elo songwriter Jeff Lynne who made this song for Agnetha. Well In Sweden this song is not famous. Don't know how it in other countries.. Great Song...

  • I like both hair versions....it suits her age.....nice catchy song..

  • Sigh...I hate that haircut compared to it being long and straight and cute in the ABBA days. The 80's just ruined her style for me.

  • I think she looks really sweet with her hair like that but I didn't like the curly look.Agree with you tho on the long hair look- the best!
