i work in a seasonal, Mediterranean style restaurant. All locally grown produce and organic meats. It's pretty yummy! what kind of baking are you doing? that sounds so much fun.

hey hey! Thanks for the comment :-) I was working in an Italian Restaurant at the time. I've worked in all sorts of kitchens. I'm now working in a Bakery :-D It's definitely completely different from all the cooking I've done in my past, but it's a lot of fun! I'm also working with a lot of people who need help and guidance in their lives so it keeps me feeling like I'm doing something important!! haha. What kind of restaurant are you in?

I can't believe that they can do that. We already have laws against unfair dismissal and being dismissed due to race, religion, sex and orientation all over Australia (its different in every state but essentially the same). I didn't realise the US didnt! I would have thought that being fired for being trans was against your constitution or something like that!
