couldnt the object have been one of the japanese balloons carrying bombs that used some wind current to carry the balloons over to america, i think the balloons were timed some how to fall over america, i think like 3 people died from these bombs, this is just what i can remember from some documentry about wind currents or something sorry if this is vague

while im hearing this alarm i feel something... i feel afraid.. cos in bible the second comming of God it say there will be a trumphet will blows and all people will here and they will see Jesus Christ riding at the Clouds... ohhhhh... so it means... in that scripture maybe the whole world will see Jesus and they will begun sounding their alarm like that,,, anf all people will looking up... ohhhh..and God will going to get those people who believes Him.. ohhhh...im too scared Cos God is Holy=)

Great FS500AT. To my knowledge, they were produced in the 1950's. So Los Angeles wouldn't have had them in 1942, although they did later on. Anyway, great video.

This one was much, much better. The spot lights should focus on the very spot that the object stood though, to get the full affect. I'd love to attend one of these. Is it open to the public? Or do you have to stand a distance away?

I think it is eather a FS SD10, or FS 500AT. LA had lots of Federal Signal SD10s, Model 5s and 500ATs. As well as a few ACA Alearters.

Im in this vid. I am one of the guys that is holding a 1903 springfield that the camera zooms in on at 3:04. The one in the middle.  That was an awesome night. Every year it gets better. Thanks for posting the Vid!

Agreed darkace92691. This one looks much better. Looks like this happens every Feb. now? I'm in the midwest and would love to check this event out. The raid and the battle have always fascinated me.

Yeah its every feb! Its a blast! I have helped reenact it for the past 3 years now, and it just gets better each year! Most of the night is a big party, then all of the uniformed personel disappear until an air raid siren goes off. Usually they have 2 or three of them! then the pyro starts and the guns go off! its really worth the time!
