2. the car drives through the ramp.

Editing: the skater and the car crash is easily edited together.

second editing is the motion. in a program like after effects, the motion can easily be stabilized or, as i guess they have done, used a locked motion and then croped the picture and analyzed a motion from a handheld and copied that motion to the final picture.

It can be done, without any problems making it look real = it is posibly fake.
