@usagora good god its been at least a year since i worked at wawa, or lived in pa for that matter. Most guys who were at wawa at 3 in the morning are either cops or tweeks. Today a cop called me for donations for "fallen heros" i guffawed in my best fight club laughter, after a good half minute i told him a story of my donations and how i sent monopoly money to them, and had hoped they could take the hint. I don't dislike officers of the law but the guys in PA are pencil whipping pigs.

The cop came flying up, cut me off(literally 2 feet from my front tire), and pulled someone over in the right lane. I pulled over and they stopped 100 feet infront of me. I got pulled up and got his car number and then he stopped me. Never apologized and gave me trouble about what I was doing. Reporting you!!
Stupid move on cops part. However, depending on where this took place, the second the lights are activated, the cruiser has the right of way. I found that out after a cop did about the same thing in front of my pick-up. Cop got nothing, I got failure to yield and bought the cruiser. Not to mention the damage to my truck. Watch out for them, they flip on the lights and they drive their car like weapon, secure in the knowledge that they will not be found at fault. Even if they are.

Cop made a mistake... Rider was cruising in a blind spot. Same thing happened to me, an old lady made a lane change right in front of me, I managed to change lanes (left) only to be rear ended by a Sirocco. My solution: I sold the bike.

The cop's lights come on at .04 sec, impact at .06 sec. Who the Fuck can react in 2 seconds to a situation like that? At night, with oncoming traffic, thereby closing an avenue of escape for the rider.

if you watch carefully there was a car going the oposite direction at a high rate of speed , most likely the cop was running radar and was preparing to chase after him/her , not a good move , but I did see the rider make a bad move , rider was riding on the wrong position of the lane , he was supposed to be riding on right part of the lane so he would appear on the drivers mirror , instead the rider was riding on the far end of the lane , and yes I am a rider.

if you watch carefully there was a car going the oposite direction at a high rate of speed , most likely the cop was running radar and was preparing to chase after him/her , not a good move , but I did see the rider make a bad move , rider was riding on the wrong position of the lane , he was supposed to be riding on right part of the lane so he would appear on the drivers mirror , instead the rider was riding on the far end of the lane , and yes I am a rider.

@venom400 You make your own decision where you want to ride within the lane. Left, center, or right. There is no supposed to be. He rode where he believed to be prudent for the circumstances. I would have been in the left part of the lane too. It makes you more visible to oncoming traffic that might want to turn left as well as giving you more space to react if an idiot starts coming over into your lane from the right. Or in this case, cutting hard left into you.

JM: Nothing. The cop made a VERY sudden move. The biker was sucker punched. It was all a horrible accident. This is the poster child for horrible accident. The cop was on duty. No honest person thinks for a moment that the cop intended to be reckless or negligent. He simply didn't see the bike. Cars are hard enough to spot in the blind spot...let alone a motorcycle that is a fraction of the size of a car.

Had he been in a car, it would have been a mere inconvenience....a fender bender. A person who commits a fender bender gets a ticket. But if he hits a guy on a bike, it's manslaughter.
