In jail / prison you are still given limited freedoms. Suppose a killer had killed a loved one to you, would you want the feeling that the killer is still living with any freedoms in jail. After death everything is all over, all freedoms and rights are taken away, to me living is one of the biggest freedoms we are given, im afraid casey anthony does not deserve that freedom, i do respect your opinion though. It is against the law to kill.
The state cannot put itself above the law.
However, if someone killed one of mine, I believe I would hunt them down and kill them.
I just don't think it's logical for a government to say "It is wrong to kill, and if you do, we will kill you."

um as far as i know, im not making any decision that will have ANY affect on if she gets the death penalty or not. I dont see how simply asking an opinion on what i think should happen to her for a school project is ignorant, but whatever. Im just looking for opinions.

This is what i dont get, the death penalty is now back on the table for Casey Anthony. However others who have killed children do not get the death penalty As far as i know Jessica Lundsfords killer is rotting in prison somewhere and out tax dollars are keeping this scumbag alive. How is that fair?

I love how people are so moral, untill it's someone in their family that becomes a victim of these animals. If a dog kills a child, there is no trial. No psychiatrist to convey to a jury that the dogs actions are infact the dirrect result of being mistreated. No, the dog is just killed, and nobody has a problem with it. But, a HUMAN who does the exact same thing, is treated like they have some inalienable right to life.

This woman was on TV, pleading for kidnappers to return her daughter, when she already knew she was dead. The only evidence I need to execute this fiend, is the fact that she never reported her own 2 year old daughter, missing. It was the grandmother who did, a whole month later. What kind of parent wouldn't tear through heaven, and earth to find thier missing child? One who's guilty of murdering that child.
